REXROTH換向閥(fa)它(ta)是(shi)壹(yi)種直(zhi)動(dong)和先(xian)導(dǎo)式(shi)相結(jié)合的原理,當(dāng)(dang)入(ru)口與(yu)出口沒(mei)有(you)壓(ya)差時(shi),通電(dian)後,電磁(ci)力(li)直(zhi)接把(ba)先(xian)導(dǎo)小閥(fa)和主閥(fa)關(guān)閉(bi)件(jian)依(yi)次(ci)向上(shang)提(ti)起(qi),閥(fa)門打開。當(dāng)(dang)入(ru)口與(yu)出口達(da)到(dao)啟(qi)動(dong)壓(ya)差時(shi),通電(dian)後,電磁(ci)力(li)先(xian)導(dǎo)小閥(fa),主閥(fa)下(xia)腔(qiang)壓(ya)力上(shang)升,上(shang)腔(qiang)壓(ya)力下(xia)降(jiang),從而(er)利用(yong)壓(ya)差把(ba)主閥(fa)向上(shang)推開;斷電時,先(xian)導(dǎo)閥(fa)利用(yong)彈簧力或介質(zhì)壓(ya)力推(tui)動(dong)關(guān)閉(bi)件(jian),向下(xia)移動(dong),使(shi)閥(fa)門關(guān)閉。

工作(zuo)時(shi)借(jie)著閥(fa)外的(de)驅(qū)動(dong)傳(chuan)動(dong)機構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)動(dong)驅(qū)動(dong)軸,帶動(dong)搖拐(guai)臂,啟(qi)動(dong)閥(fa)板,使(shi)工作(zuo)流(liu)體(ti)時(shi)而(er)從左(zuo)入口通(tong)向閥(fa)的下(xia)部(bu)出口,時(shi)而從右入(ru)口變換通向下(xia)部(bu)出口,實(shi)現(xiàn)了周(zhou)期(qi)變換流向的目(mu)的。動(dong)作(zuo)準(zhǔn)(zhun)確(que)、自動(dong)化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)高(gao)、工作(zuo)穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding)可靠,但需附(fu)設(shè)驅(qū)動(dong)和冷(leng)卻系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong),結(jié)構(gòu)較(jiao)為復(fù)(fu)雜(za);閥(fa)瓣式(shi)結(jié)構(gòu)則較(jiao)簡(jian)單(dan),多(duo)用(yong)於(yu)流量較(jiao)小的(de)生產(chǎn)工藝(yi)上(shang)。
