1、維(wei)修前(qian)準(zhǔn)(zhun)備
倫茨(ci)EVS9323為伺服(fu)控(kong)制器(qi),壹般采用(yong)旋轉(zhuǎn)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)或(huo)光電(dian)編碼(ma)器(qi)的(de)反饋(kui)信(xin)號(hào)作為控(kong)制器(qi)的(de)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)控(kong)制,在(zai)壹般條(tiao)件下維(wei)修試機(jī)(ji)都無(wu)法滿足其工況條(tiao)件!可以修改(gai)部分參數(shù);即(ji)可使(shi)用端(duan)子(zi)控(kong)制。端(duan)子(zi)編號(hào)位置參照(zhao)說明(ming)書。
對(duì)(dui)上(shang)述(shu)參數(shù)壹般只(zhi)作修(xiu)改(修(xiu)改後(hou)在(zai)不掉電(dian)下記(ji)憶),不作存(cun)儲(chǔ)(chu)。若(ruo)存儲(chǔ),部分其他參數(shù)都可能跟(gen)著改變!
啟(qi)動(dòng)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)時(shí)(shi)(若(ruo)連(lian)接(jie)普(pu)通(tong)電(dian)機(jī)(ji)):在(zai)低速時(shí)(shi),電機(jī)噪(zao)聲大,電(dian)流大;在(zai)高(gao)速(su)時(shí)(shi)電(dian)機(jī)(ji)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)情(qing)況基(ji)本(ben)與(yu)其它變頻(pin)器壹致,(低速、高(gao)速(su)時(shí)(shi)電(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)流(liu)應(yīng)(ying)平衡(heng));部分機(jī)(ji)無(wu)法調(diào)速(su),都為正(zheng)常(chang)。若(ruo)不接電(dian)機(jī)(ji)啟(qi)動(dòng),其輸出電(dian)壓(ya)相差(cha)較(jiao)大(相間(jian))!
維(wei)修實(shí)例1:EVS9323輸出不平衡(heng)(缺(que)相)
檢查(zha)逆(ni)變(bian)模塊IGBT(bsm25gD120)正(zheng)常(chang),上(shang)管(guan)u相驅(qū)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)壓(ya)為0V(正(zheng)常(chang)停(ting)止?fàn)顟B(tài)(tai)下為-8V)。測(cè)量上(shang)管(guan)供(gong)電相關(guān)元(yuan)件,其u相供(gong)電高(gao)頻(pin)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)開(kai)路(lu)。更(geng)換(huan)同型號(hào)變壓(ya)器(qi)後(hou)該(gai)機(jī)(ji)恢(hui)復(fù)正(zheng)常(chang)使(shi)用。
●維(wei)修實(shí)例2:EVS9323無輸出,啟(qi)動(dòng)變(bian)頻器跳閘
逆變(bian)模塊IGBT(bsm10gD120)損壞,w相驅(qū)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)路(lu)損壞嚴(yán)重(zhong)(上(shang)、下管(guan)驅(qū)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)路(lu)元(yuan)件(jian)A3120、A4、Z70、22Ω、221Ω電(dian)阻全部損壞)。更(geng)換(huan)全部損壞元件(jian)後(hou)恢(hui)復(fù)正(zheng)常(chang)使(shi)用。

V相逆變(bian)模塊IGBT(bsm100gb120)損壞,驅(qū)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)路(lu)上(shang)IC:lm239、穩(wěn)(wen)壓(ya)管(guan)y4、y7損壞。更(geng)換(huan)上述(shu)元件(jian)後(hou)啟(qi)動(dòng)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)正(zheng)常(chang)。

(1) 主電(dian)源(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)

圖2中(zhong)IC(3844b)是(shi)由內(nèi)(nei)部穩(wěn)壓(ya)、振(zhen)蕩(dang)脈沖形(xing)成、比較(jiao)、過流(liu)檢測(cè)保(bao)護(hù)、觸發(fā)電路(lu)等組成。Q1(K1413)為電源(yuan)開(kai)關(guān)管(guan)。
通(tong)電(dian)時(shí)(shi)通(tong)過(guo)R2降壓(ya)向(xiang)IC7(12)腳(jiao)提(ti)供(gong)約+15V(經(jīng)(jing)IC內(nèi)部穩(wěn)壓(ya))的(de)工作電壓(ya),待(dai)開(kai)關(guān)電(dian)源(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)正(zheng)常(chang)後(hou)由(you)電(dian)源(yuan)產(chǎn)生的(de)+15V向IC提供(gong)工作(zuo)電壓(ya)。由(you)IC內(nèi)(nei)部向8(14)提(ti)供(gong)+5V基(ji)準(zhǔn)(zhun)電(dian)壓(ya)給(gei)外(wai)接R、C振蕩(dang)電(dian)路(lu)使(shi)用。由(you)R6、C6構(gòu)(gou)成振蕩(dang)電路(lu)並(bing)向4(7)腳(jiao)提供(gong)振蕩(dang)信(xin)號(hào)。振蕩頻率(lv)與(yu)R6、C6的(de)乘積成反比(bi)。 +15V電(dian)壓(ya)經(jīng)(jing)R3、R4分壓(ya)後(hou)向(xiang)2(3)腳(jiao)提(ti)供(gong)取樣(yang)電(dian)壓(ya)供(gong)IC調(diào)整(自動(dòng)穩(wěn)壓(ya))輸出電(dian)壓(ya)。
觸發(fā)信(xin)號(hào)由6(10)腳輸出經(jīng)(jing)R7送(song)到(dao)Q1的(de)g極控(kong)制Q1導(dǎo)(dao)通(tong)、截止。使(shi)高(gao)頻(pin)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)初(chu)級(jí)(ji)形(xing)成交(jiao)變的(de)電勢(shì),由(you)高(gao)頻(pin)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)次(ci)級(jí)(ji)感應(yīng)(ying)到(dao)的(de)電動(dòng)勢(shì)經(jīng)(jing)整流、濾波後(hou)輸出直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)供(gong)負(fù)載(zai)使(shi)用。R1為Q1的(de)限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)並(bing)通(tong)過(guo)R8向(xiang)3(5)腳(jiao)提供(gong)過流(liu)檢測(cè)信(xin)號(hào),檢測(cè)到(dao)過流(liu)時(shí)(shi)IC內(nèi)部封閉(bi)觸發(fā)信(xin)號(hào)的(de)輸出,以保(bao)護(hù)Q1等無(wu)件。D4、C9、R12構(gòu)(gou)成抑制(zhi)電路(lu),抑(yi)制(zhi)線(xian)圈兩(liang)端產(chǎn)生過(guo)高(gao)的(de)電動(dòng)勢(shì)。+24V主要供(gong)給主板(ban)電(dian)源(yuan)和風(fēng)扇(shan)電(dian)源(yuan)。在(zai)不連(lian)接(jie)主板(ban)時(shí)(shi),該(gai)電(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)致(zhi)+30V左(zuo)右(you)。整流二極管(guan)損壞應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)同類型的(de)拆機(jī)件安裝(zhuang)使(shi)用。9322的(de)充電電阻為PTC熱敏(min)電(dian)阻,溫(wen)度越高(gao),阻(zu)值越低。常(chang)溫(wen)時(shí)約10 Ω。
(2)主板(ban)上(shang)電(dian)源(yuan)
其結(jié)(jie)構(gòu)(gou)、原理(li)與(yu)主電(dian)源(yuan)壹樣(yang)。該(gai)電(dian)源(yuan)產(chǎn)生+24V×2、+20V、+15V、-15V、+8V×2供(gong)主板(ban)使(shi)用。
(3)上(shang)管(guan)驅(qū)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)源(yuan)(工(gong)作(zuo)電壓(ya)由(you)主電(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)給)
主要由兩(liang)塊IC;三(san)極管(guan):(bd135、bd136);3個(gè)(ge)6.8Ω電阻(zu);三(san)個(gè)(ge)高(gao)頻(pin)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)組成。分別(bie)向(xiang)IGBT的(de)三個(gè)(ge)上管(guan)提供(gong)驅(qū)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)壓(ya)。
●維(wei)修實(shí)例4:EVS9323通(tong)電(dian)無(wu)顯(xian)示(shi)
產(chǎn)生該(gai)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)原因:1、主回(hui)路(lu)損壞;2、開(kai)關(guān)電(dian)源(yuan)損壞。
檢查(zha)為:2個(gè)(ge)充電(dian)熱敏(min)電(dian)阻(ptc)、三(san)相整流橋(36mt160)燒壞,部分連(lian)接(jie)銅箔燒斷(duan)。對(duì)(dui)外(wai)殼有(you)打火(拉(la)弧(hu))痕(hen)跡。開(kai)關(guān)電(dian)源(yuan)、逆(ni)變(bian)電路(lu)正(zheng)常(chang)。
應(yīng)(ying)是(shi)主電(dian)路(lu)對(duì)(dui)地(di)短(duan)路(lu)造(zao)成相關(guān)元(yuan)件損壞。更(geng)換(huan)上述(shu)元件(jian)並(bing)重新(xin)連(lian)接(jie)好燒斷(duan)的(de)銅箔。通(tong)電(dian)顯(xian)示(shi)正(zheng)常(chang)。
●維(wei)修實(shí)例5:EVS9323通(tong)電(dian)無(wu)顯(xian)示(shi)
檢查(zha)主回(hui)路(lu)正(zheng)常(chang),開(kai)關(guān)電(dian)源(yuan)IC(3844b)7腳(jiao)為0V(正(zheng)常(chang)時(shí)(shi)15V),電阻R2開(kai)路(lu)。拆下IC(3844b)檢查(zha),IC損壞。更(geng)換(huan)IC(3844b)、R2後(hou)通(tong)電(dian)顯(xian)示(shi)正(zheng)常(chang)。
●維(wei)修實(shí)例6:EVS9323通(tong)電(dian)無(wu)顯(xian)示(shi)
檢查(zha)主電(dian)源(yuan)各(ge)組電(dian)壓(ya)均正(zheng)常(chang)。主板(ban)上(shang)開(kai)關(guān)電(dian)源(yuan)無(wu)工(gong)作電(dian)壓(ya)(該(gai)電(dian)壓(ya)由(you)主電(dian)源(yuan)+24V供(gong)給)引(yin)致主板(ban)不工作(zuo)。檢測(cè)+24V(電源(yuan)板(ban)與(yu)主板(ban)之(zhi)間(jian))連(lian)線(xian),地(di)(負(fù)(fu))線(xian)(在(zai)電(dian)源(yuan)板(ban)夾(jia)層(ceng)處)開(kai)路(lu)。用(yong)導(dǎo)(dao)線(xian)重(zhong)新(xin)連(lian)接(jie)後(hou)正(zheng)常(chang)使(shi)用。
●維(wei)修實(shí)例7:EVS9323通(tong)電(dian)無(wu)顯(xian)示(shi),供(gong)電開(kai)關(guān)跳(tiao)閘
檢查(zha)驅(qū)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)路(lu)、主電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)路(lu)多(duo)處燒黑(hei),逆(ni)變(bian)模塊IGBT(bsm25gd120)燒壞。
參照(zhao)相關(guān)電(dian)路(lu),更(geng)換(huan)損壞元件(jian)(光耦:A3120,二極管(guan):Z70、A4、A7,開(kai)關(guān)管(guan):2sK1317, 10 Ω、100 Ω電阻,IC:3844b)後(hou),電(dian)源(yuan)和驅(qū)動(dòng)(dong)電(dian)路(lu)恢(hui)復(fù)正(zheng)常(chang),換(huan)上逆變模塊IGBT(bsm25gd120)試機(jī)(ji)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)正(zheng)常(chang)。

4、倫(lun)茨(ci)變頻(pin)器(qi)主板(ban)方法
維(wei)修實(shí)例9:EVS9323面板(ban)顯(xian)示(shi)正(zheng)常(chang),無(wu)法啟(qi)動(dòng),主板(ban)+24端(duan)子(zi)無24V輸出。
檢測(cè)主板(ban)+24V和其它各(ge)組電(dian)壓(ya)正(zheng)常(chang)。+24V電(dian)源(yuan)經(jīng)(jing)1個(gè)(ge)三極管(guan)(bcp527)穩(wěn)壓(ya)後(hou)到(dao)端子(zi)輸出供(gong)端子(zi)指(zhi)令使(shi)用。更(geng)換(huan)同型三(san)極管(guan)後(hou)啟(qi)動(dòng)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)正(zheng)常(chang)。
●維(wei)修實(shí)例10:EVS9323經(jīng)常(chang)報(bào)(bao)“OH11”(環(huán)境(jing)溫(wen)度(du)過高(gao))故(gu)障(zhang)。
檢測(cè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使(shi)用環(huán)境(jing)正(zheng)常(chang)(旁(pang)邊(bian)的(de)同型機(jī)(ji)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)正(zheng)常(chang))應(yīng)(ying)是(shi)環(huán)境(jing)溫(wen)度(du)檢測(cè)回路(lu)異常(chang)引(yin)起(qi)。拆下通(tong)電(dian)未報(bào)(bao)警(jing)。將(jiang)溫(wen)度(du)檢測(cè)熱敏(min)電(dian)阻拆下測(cè)電阻值為8K Ω(正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)常(chang)溫(wen)下約10K Ω)。該(gai)電(dian)阻(zu)變(bian)值引起(qi)誤報(bào)(bao)警(jing),更(geng)換(huan)1個(gè)(ge)正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)熱敏(min)電(dian)阻後(hou)恢(hui)復(fù)正(zheng)常(chang)使(shi)用。
