GEFRAN電(dian)子尺實(shí)(shi)際上就是壹(yi)個(gè)滑動(dòng)(dong)變阻(zu)器(qi),是(shi)作(zuo)為(wei)分(fen)壓(ya)器使用,以(yi)相對(duì)(dui)電(dian)壓(ya)來(lái)(lai)顯(xian)示(shi)所測(cè)(ce)量位置的實(shí)(shi)際位(wei)置。因此(ci),就對(duì)(dui)這(zhe)個(gè)裝(zhuang)置(電(dian)子尺)提出了幾(ji)點(diǎn)(dian)要求(qiu):

三、不能(neng)有(you)外界(jie)的幹(gan)擾(rao),包括(kuo)靜(jing)電(dian)幹?jǐn)_(rao)和高頻(pin)幹?jǐn)_(rao)。因此(ci),設(shè)(she)備的強(qiáng)電(dian)線路(lu)與(yu)電(dian)子尺的(de)信(xin)號(hào)線(xian)應(yīng)(ying)分(fen)開(kāi)線(xian)槽(cao)。電(dian)子尺應(yīng)(ying)使用強(qiáng)制接(jie)地(di)支(zhi)架,且使電(dian)子尺外(wai)殼(可(ke)測(cè)量端(duan)蓋螺絲與(yu)支(zhi)架之(zhi)間(jian)的電(dian)阻(zu),應(yīng)(ying)小(xiao)於1Ω電(dian)阻(zu))良好(hao)接(jie)地(di),信(xin)號(hào)線(xian)應(yīng)(ying)使用屏蔽(bi)線(xian),且在電(dian)箱(xiang)的(de)壹(yi)端(duan)應(yīng)(ying)予(yu)將(jiang)屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian)接(jie)地(di)或接(jie)直流(liu)電(dian)源負(fù)極。靜(jing)電(dian)幹?jǐn)_(rao)時(shí)(shi),壹(yi)般萬(wàn)(wan)用表的電(dian)壓(ya)測(cè)量非常(chang)正(zheng)常(chang),但就是顯(xian)示(shi)數(shù)字跳(tiao)動(dòng)(dong);高頻(pin)幹(gan)擾(rao)時(shí)(shi)其(qi)現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang)也壹(yi)樣(yang)。驗(yàn)(yan)證(zheng)是不是靜(jing)電(dian)幹?jǐn)_(rao),用壹(yi)段電(dian)源線將(jiang)電(dian)子尺的(de)封(feng)蓋(gai)螺絲與(yu)機(jī)(ji)器上(shang)某壹(yi)點(diǎn)(dian)金屬短接(jie)即(ji)可(ke),只要壹(yi)短接(jie),靜(jing)電(dian)幹?jǐn)_(rao)立即消除。但(dan)高(gao)頻幹?jǐn)_(rao)就難(nan)以(yi)用上述辦(ban)法消除,而(er)且機(jī)(ji)器手(shou)、變頻節(jié)(jie)電(dian)器多出現(xiàn)(xian)高(gao)頻(pin)幹(gan)擾(rao),可以(yi)用停止機(jī)(ji)器手(shou)或變頻(pin)節(jié)(jie)電(dian)器的辦(ban)法驗(yàn)(yan)證(zheng)。
四(si)、不能(neng)接(jie)錯(cuò)(cuo)電(dian)子尺的(de)三條(tiao)線(xian),1#、3#線(xian)是(shi)電(dian)源線,2#是(shi)輸(shu)出線(xian)除(chu)1#、3#線電(dian)源線可(ke)以(yi)調(diào)換外(wai),2#線(xian)只能(neng)是(shi)輸(shu)出線(xian)。上(shang)述線(xian)壹(yi)旦接(jie)錯(cuò)(cuo),將(jiang)出現(xiàn)(xian)線(xian)性(xing)誤(wu)差大,控(kong)制(zhi)精(jing)度差(cha),容(rong)易(yi)顯(xian)示(shi)跳動(dòng)(dong)等現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang)。如果出現(xiàn)(xian)控(kong)制(zhi)非(fei)常困(kun)難(nan),就應(yīng)(ying)該(gai)懷(huai)疑(yi)是接(jie)錯(cuò)(cuo)線(xian)。
五(wu)、安裝(zhuang)對(duì)(dui)中(zhong)性(xing)要(yao)好(hao),角度容許(xu)±12°誤(wu)差,平(ping)行(xing)度(du)偏差容(rong)許(xu)±0.5mm,是指某壹(yi)誤(wu)差,如果角(jiao)度(du)誤(wu)差和平(ping)行(xing)度(du)誤(wu)差都偏大,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致顯(xian)示(shi)數(shù)字跳(tiao)動(dòng)(dong)。在這種情(qing)況(kuang)下,壹(yi)般可(ke)以(yi)用萬(wàn)(wan)用表的電(dian)壓(ya)檔測(cè)(ce)出電(dian)壓(ya)的波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)。壹(yi)定要(yao)作(zuo)角(jiao)度(du)和平(ping)行(xing)度(du)的調(diào)整(zheng)。請(qǐng)(qing)特(te)別(bie)註意(yi):在現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)(chang)將(jiang)電(dian)子尺的(de)鋁(lv)合(he)金支(zhi)架更(geng)換成(cheng)不銹鋼(gang)支(zhi)架後(hou),同(tong)時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)將(jiang)拉桿牽(qian)引安(an)裝(zhuang)位(wei)升高2 mm。否(fou)則(ze),接(jie)地(di)問(wèn)(wen)題(ti)解(jie)決了,又形成(cheng)了不對(duì)(dui)中(zhong)的(de)問(wèn)題(ti),必(bi)須(xu)同(tong)時(shí)(shi)解決。
