ATOS柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)的機(jī)械原理(li)
柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)柱(zhu)塞往(wang)復(fù)(fu)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong)總(zong)行(xing)程L是不(bu)變(bian)的,由凸輪的升(sheng)程決(jue)定(ding)。柱(zhu)塞每(mei)循(xun)環(huán)的供油量(liang)大小取決(jue)於(yu)供油行(xing)程,供油行(xing)程不(bu)受凸輪軸(zhou)控(kong)制(zhi)是可變的。供油開(kāi)(kai)始(shi)時(shí)(shi)刻(ke)不(bu)隨(sui)供油行(xing)程的變化(hua)而(er)變(bian)化(hua)。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(dong)柱(zhu)塞可改(gai)變供油終(zhong)了時(shí)刻(ke),從而(er)改(gai)變供油量(liang)。柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shí),在噴油泵(beng)凸輪軸(zhou)上的凸輪與(yu)柱(zhu)塞彈(dan)簧(huang)的作(zuo)用下,迫(po)使(shi)柱(zhu)塞作(zuo)上、下(xia)往(wang)復(fù)(fu)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong),從(cong)而(er)完(wan)成(cheng)泵(beng)油任(ren)務(wù),泵(beng)油過(guò)程可分為以(yi)下(xia)兩個(gè)階段(duan)。
進(jìn)(jin)油過(guò)程
當(dāng)(dang)凸輪的凸起部分轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)去後(hou),在彈(dan)簧(huang)力(li)的作(zuo)用下,柱(zhu)塞向(xiang)下(xia)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong),柱(zhu)塞上部(bu)空(kong)間(稱為泵(beng)油室(shi))產(chǎn)生真(zhen)空度(du),當(dāng)(dang)柱(zhu)塞上端面(mian)把(ba)柱(zhu)塞套上的進(jìn)(jin)油孔(kong)打開(kāi)(kai)後,充(chong)滿在油泵(beng)上體油道(dao)內(nèi)(nei)的柴(chai)油經(jīng)(jing)油孔(kong)進(jìn)(jin)入泵(beng)油室(shi),柱(zhu)塞運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong)到(dao)下(xia)止(zhi)點(diǎn),進(jìn)(jin)油結(jié)(jie)束 [1]
回油過(guò)程
柱(zhu)塞向(xiang)上供油,當(dāng)(dang)上行(xing)到(dao)柱(zhu)塞上的斜(xie)槽(cao)(停(ting)供邊(bian))與(yu)套筒(tong)上的回油孔(kong)相通時(shí),泵(beng)油室(shi)低(di)壓油路(lu)便(bian)與(yu)柱(zhu)塞頭(tou)部(bu)的中孔(kong)和(he)徑(jing)向(xiang)孔(kong)及斜(xie)槽(cao)溝(gou)通,油壓(ya)驟然下降,出油閥(fa)在(zai)彈(dan)簧(huang)力(li)的作(zuo)用下迅(xun)速關(guān)(guan)閉(bi),停止(zhi)供油。此後(hou)柱(zhu)塞還(hai)要(yao)上行(xing),當(dāng)(dang)凸輪的凸起部分轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)去後(hou),在彈(dan)簧(huang)的作(zuo)用下,柱(zhu)塞又(you)下(xia)行(xing)。此時(shí)(shi)便(bian)開(kāi)(kai)始(shi)了下壹(yi)個(gè)循(xun)環(huán)。柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)以(yi)壹(yi)個(gè)柱(zhu)塞為原(yuan)理(li)介(jie)紹,壹(yi)個(gè)(ge)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)上有(you)兩個(gè)單向(xiang)閥(fa),並(bing)且方向(xiang)相反,柱(zhu)塞向(xiang)壹(yi)個(gè)(ge)方向(xiang)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong)時(shí)(shi)缸(gang)內(nèi)(nei)出(chu)現(xiàn)負(fù)壓(ya),這(zhe)時(shí)(shi)壹個(gè)單向(xiang)閥(fa)打開(kāi)(kai)液體被吸(xi)入(ru)缸(gang)內(nèi)(nei),柱(zhu)塞向(xiang)另壹個(gè)(ge)方(fang)向(xiang)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong)時(shí)(shi),將(jiang)液體壓縮(suo)後(hou)另壹個(gè)(ge)單(dan)向(xiang)閥(fa)被打開(kāi)(kai),被吸(xi)入(ru)缸(gang)內(nèi)(nei)的液體被排(pai)出。這(zhe)種(zhong)工作(zuo)方式(shi)連續(xù)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)(dong)後(hou)就形成了連續(xù)供油 。
ATOS柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)的機(jī)械維(wei)護(hù)
采(cai)用(yong)補(bǔ)(bu)油泵(beng)供油的柱(zhu)塞泵(beng),使(shi)用(yong)3000h後(hou),操作(zuo)人員每日需(xu)對(duì)(dui)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)檢(jian)查(zha)1-2次,檢(jian)查(zha)液壓泵(beng)運(yùn)(yun)轉(zhuǎn)聲響(xiang)是否正(zheng)常。如(ru)發(fā)(fa)現(xiàn)液壓缸(gang)速度(du)下降或悶(men)車(che)時(shí),就應(yīng)該對(duì)(dui)補(bǔ)(bu)油泵(beng)解(jie)體檢查(zha),檢查(zha)葉輪(lun)邊沿是否有(you)刮傷(shang)現(xiàn)象(xiang),內(nèi)(nei)齒輪(lun)泵(beng)間隙是否過(guò)大。對(duì)(dui)於自(zi)吸(xi)油型(xing)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng),液壓油箱(xiang)內(nèi)(nei)的油液不(bu)得(de)低於油標(biāo)(biao)下(xia)限,要(yao)保(bao)持(chi)足(zu)夠(gou)數(shù)量的液壓油。液壓油的清(qing)潔度(du)越高(gao),液壓泵(beng)的使用(yong)壽命(ming)越長(zhǎng)。柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)重要(yao)的部件(jian)是軸承(cheng),如(ru)果(guo)軸承(cheng)出現(xiàn)遊隙(xi),則不(bu)能(neng)保證(zheng)液壓泵(beng)內(nèi)(nei)部(bu)三(san)對(duì)(dui)磨(mo)擦副的正常間隙,同時(shí)(shi)也(ye)會(huì)(hui)破壞各(ge)磨(mo)擦副的靜液壓支(zhi)承(cheng)油膜(mo)厚(hou)度(du),降低柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)軸(zhou)承(cheng)的使用(yong)壽命(ming)。據(jù)液壓泵(beng)制(zhi)造(zao)廠(chang)提供的資(zi)料,軸(zhou)承(cheng)的平均(jun)使(shi)用壽命(ming)為10000h,超(chao)過(guò)此值(zhi)就需(xu)要(yao)更(geng)換(huan)新(xin)口。拆卸下來(lái)的軸承(cheng),沒(méi)有(you)專業(yè)(ye)檢測(cè)儀(yi)器是無(wú)法檢(jian)測(cè)出軸承的遊隙(xi)的,只(zhi)能(neng)采用目(mu)測(cè),如發(fā)現(xiàn)滾(gun)柱(zhu)表(biao)面(mian)有(you)劃(hua)痕或變(bian)色,就必須(xu)更換(huan)。在(zai)更(geng)換軸承(cheng)時(shí),應(yīng)註意原軸承(cheng)的英文(wen)字(zi)母(mu)和(he)型號(hào)(hao),柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)軸(zhou)承(cheng)大都(dou)采用(yong)大載(zai)荷容量軸(zhou)承,購(gòu)(gou)買(mǎi)(mai)原廠家(jia),原(yuan)規(guī)(gui)格的產(chǎn)品(pin),如(ru)果(guo)更換另壹種(zhong)品(pin)牌(pai),應(yīng)請(qǐng)教(jiao)對(duì)(dui)軸承(cheng)有(you)經(jīng)驗(yàn)(yan)的人員查(zha)表對(duì)(dui)換(huan),目(mu)的是保持(chi)軸承(cheng)的精度(du)等級(jí)和(he)載(zai)荷容量。柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming)的長(zhǎng)短(duan),與(yu)平(ping)時(shí)的維(wei)護(hù)保(bao)養(yǎng)(yang),液壓油的數(shù)量(liang)和(he)質(zhì)(zhi)量,油液清(qing)潔度(du)等有(you)關(guān)(guan)。避(bi)免油液中的顆粒(li)對(duì)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)磨(mo)擦副造(zao)成(cheng)磨(mo)損(sun)等,也(ye)是延長(zhǎng)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)壽命(ming)的有(you)效途徑。在(zai)維(wei)修(xiu)中更(geng)換零件(jian)應(yīng)盡(jin)量(liang)使用原廠(chang)生產(chǎn)的零件(jian),這(zhe)些(xie)零件(jian)有(you)時(shí)比其它(ta)仿造(zao)的零件(jian)價(jià)(jia)格要(yao)貴,但質(zhì)(zhi)量及穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding)性要(yao)好,如(ru)果購(gòu)(gou)買(mǎi)(mai)售(shou)價(jià)(jia)便(bian)宜的仿造(zao)零(ling)件(jian),短(duan)期內(nèi)(nei)似(si)乎(hu)是節(jié)省(sheng)了費(fèi)用,但由(you)此出(chu)帶(dai)來(lái)了隱患,也(ye)可能對(duì)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)的使用(yong)造(zao)成(cheng)更大的危害。配流(liu)盤(pán)有(you)平面(mian)配流(liu)和球(qiu)面(mian)配流(liu)兩種形式(shi)。球(qiu)面(mian)配流(liu)的磨(mo)擦副,在(zai)缸(gang)體配流(liu)面劃(hua)痕比較(jiao)淺(qian)時(shí)(shi),通(tong)過(guò)研磨(mo)手(shou)段(duan)修(xiu)復(fù)(fu);缸(gang)體配流(liu)面溝(gou)槽較(jiao)深時(shí)(shi),應(yīng)先(xian)采用“表(biao)面(mian)工程技術(shù)”手(shou)段(duan)填(tian)平溝(gou)槽後(hou),再(zai)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)研磨(mo),不(bu)可盲目(mu)研磨(mo),,以(yi)防(fang)銅層(ceng)變薄(bo)或漏(lou)油出(chu)鋼基。柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)也(ye)可用變頻(pin)器節(jié)(jie)約電能(neng),上海正(zheng)藝(yi)的工程師(shi)指出:柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)在(zai)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,通(tong)常運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)的情(qing)況下(xia)都(dou)是以(yi)壓(ya)力(li)或流(liu)量來(lái)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)工(gong)作(zuo)狀態(tài)。當(dāng)(dang)實(shí)際壓(ya)力(li)大於(yu)需要(yao)壓(ya)力(li)時(shí)(shi),都(dou)是通過(guò)溢流(liu)閥來(lái)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié),使(shi)其(qi)工作(zuo)壓力(li)保(bao)持(chi)穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding)讓溢流(liu)閥施(shi)放(fang)超(chao)出部分(fen)。而(er)電(dian)機(jī)壹直處?kù)?yu)全(quan)速運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)反(fan)復(fù)(fu)動(dòng)(dong)作(zuo),功耗(hao)不(bu)變(bian)。當(dāng)(dang)采用(yong)溢流(liu)來(lái)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)壓(ya)力(li)和(he)流(liu)量時(shí)(shi),有(you)部分(fen)的余量溢流(liu)回原(yuan)系統(tǒng),從而(er)造(zao)成(cheng)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)存(cun)在無(wú)用(yong)功(gong)率(lv),工(gong)作(zuo)效率(lv)低(di),若(ruo)使(shi)用創(chuàng)(chuang)傑節(jié)(jie)能(neng)變(bian)頻(pin)器後(hou),溢流(liu)閥可定(ding)它封閉(bi),通過(guò)節(jié)能(neng)變頻(pin)器本身(shen)自(zi)動(dòng)(dong)調(diào)(tiao)整(zheng)工(gong)作(zuo)壓力(li),保(bao)持(chi)工作(zuo)壓力(li)的穩(wěn)(wen)定(ding),自(zi)動(dòng)(dong)追(zhui)蹤設(shè)(she)備(bei)的壓力(li)。實(shí)現(xiàn)自(zi)動(dòng)(dong)化(hua)控制,從而(er)節(jié)(jie)省(sheng)能(neng)耗(hao)。這(zhe)種(zhong)調(diào)節(jié)方式(shi)大優(yōu)點(diǎn)(dian)就是能降低柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)的運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)能(neng)耗(hao),節(jié)電(dian)效果可達(dá)30%以(yi)上。
ATOS柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)的檢修(xiu)
(1)檢查(zha)柱(zhu)塞有(you)無(wú)傷(shang)痕(hen)和(he)銹蝕現(xiàn)象(xiang),必要(yao)時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)更換(huan)新(xin)品(pin)。(2)檢(jian)查(zha)柱(zhu)塞副配合(he)情(qing)況。將(jiang)柱(zhu)塞端頭(tou)插(cha)人柱(zhu)塞套內(nèi)(nei),傾(qing)斜(xie)約(yue)60°,若(ruo)柱(zhu)塞能(neng)在(zai)自(zi)身(shen)作(zuo)用下緩(huan)慢地(di)下滑(hua)為配合(he)良(liang)好。(3)檢(jian)查(zha)柱(zhu)塞副的密封性(xing)。用(yong)手(shou)握住柱(zhu)塞套,兩個(gè)手(shou)指堵住(zhu)柱(zhu)塞頂(ding)端和(he)側(cè)(ce)面(mian)的進(jìn)(jin)油口(kou)。用(yong)另壹只(zhi)手(shou)拉出柱(zhu)塞,感(gan)到(dao)有(you)較(jiao)大的吸力(li),放(fang)松(song)柱(zhu)塞立即(ji)縮回原位,表明柱(zhu)塞副密(mi)封良(liang)好,否則應(yīng)更換(huan)柱(zhu)塞副。(4)檢(jian)查(zha)出油閥(fa)副減壓(ya)環(huán)帶(dai)是否磨(mo)損(sun)有(you)臺(tái)階或傷(shang)痕(hen)現(xiàn)象(xiang),必要(yao)時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)予以(yi)更(geng)換。(5)檢查(zha)出油閥(fa)副的配合(he)情(qing)況。用(yong)手(shou)指堵住(zhu)出(chu)油閥(fa)下(xia)孔(kong),用(yong)另壹手(shou)指將出(chu)油閥(fa)輕(qing)輕向(xiang)下(xia)壓(ya),當(dāng)(dang)手(shou)指離開(kāi)(kai)出油閥(fa)上端時(shí)(shi),它(ta)能(neng)自(zi)動(dòng)(dong)彈(dan)回(hui)原位,表明出(chu)油閥(fa)副密(mi)封良(liang)好,否則應(yīng)更換(huan)出(chu)油閥(fa)副。(6)檢(jian)查(zha)挺柱(zhu)體。噴油泵(beng)體和挺(ting)柱(zhu)體之(zhi)間的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)間隙為0~0.03mm,如(ru)超(chao)過(guò)0.2mm ,則應(yīng)更換(huan)零(ling)件(jian)。(7)檢(jian)查(zha)柱(zhu)塞凸緣和(he)控(kong)制(zhi)套的凹槽(cao)之(zhi)間的間隙,應(yīng)為0.02~0.08mm,如(ru)超(chao)過(guò)0.12mm,必須(xu)更換(huan)控(kong)制(zhi)套。
