1、安裝不當(dāng)(dang)引(yin)入(ru)的誤(wu)差(cha)
如(ru)熱(re)電(dian)偶安裝的位置及插(cha)入(ru)深度不能反映爐(lu)膛(tang)的真(zhen)實(shí)(shi)溫(wen)度(du)等,換句話(hua)說(shuo),熱(re)電(dian)偶不應(yīng)(ying)裝在(zai)太靠近(jin)門(men)和(he)加(jia)熱(re)的地(di)方,插(cha)入(ru)的深度至(zhi)少(shao)應(yīng)(ying)為(wei)保護(hù)(hu)管直徑的8~10倍(bei);熱(re)電(dian)偶的保(bao)護(hù)(hu)套管與壁間(jian)的間(jian)隔未(wei)填絕熱(re)物(wu)質(zhì)(zhi)致使(shi)爐(lu)內(nèi)(nei)熱(re)溢出(chu)或冷空(kong)氣(qi)侵(qin)入(ru),因此熱(re)電(dian)偶保(bao)護(hù)管和(he)爐(lu)壁孔之間(jian)的空(kong)隙應(yīng)用耐火(huo)泥(ni)或石棉(mian)繩(sheng)等(deng)絕(jue)熱(re)物(wu)質(zhì)(zhi)堵塞(sai)以免冷(leng)熱(re)空(kong)氣(qi)對流(liu)而(er)影響(xiang)測溫(wen)的準(zhǔn)(zhun)確性(xing);熱(re)電(dian)偶冷(leng)端太(tai)靠近(jin)爐(lu)體使(shi)溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過100℃;熱(re)電(dian)偶的安裝應(yīng)(ying)盡可(ke)能避開強(qiáng)(qiang)磁場(chang)和(he)強(qiáng)(qiang)電(dian)場(chang),所以不應(yīng)(ying)把熱(re)電(dian)偶和(he)動(dòng)(dong)力電(dian)纜線(xian)裝在(zai)同壹根(gen)導(dǎo)管內(nèi)以(yi)免引(yin)入(ru)幹(gan)擾(rao)造成(cheng)誤(wu)差(cha);熱(re)電(dian)偶不能安裝在(zai)被(bei)測介(jie)質(zhì)很(hen)少(shao)流(liu)動(dòng)(dong)的區(qū)(qu)域(yu)內(nèi)(nei),當(dāng)(dang)用熱(re)電(dian)偶測量(liang)管內(nèi)氣(qi)體溫(wen)度(du)時(shí),必須使(shi)熱(re)電(dian)偶逆著流速方向安裝,而(er)且(qie)充(chong)分(fen)與(yu)氣(qi)體接觸(chu)。
2、絕(jue)緣(yuan)變(bian)差(cha)而(er)引入(ru)的誤(wu)差(cha)
如(ru)熱(re)電(dian)偶絕(jue)緣了(le),保(bao)護(hù)管和(he)拉(la)線(xian)板(ban)汙垢(gou)或鹽渣過多(duo)致(zhi)使(shi)熱(re)電(dian)偶極(ji)間(jian)與爐(lu)壁間(jian)絕緣不良(liang),在(zai)高(gao)溫(wen)下(xia)更(geng)為(wei)嚴(yán)重(zhong),這不僅(jin)會(huì)(hui)引起熱(re)電(dian)勢的損(sun)耗(hao)而(er)且(qie)還會(huì)引(yin)入(ru)幹(gan)擾(rao),由此引(yin)起的誤(wu)差(cha)有(you)時(shí)可達(dá)上(shang)百(bai)度(du)。
3、熱(re)惰(duo)性(xing)引入(ru)的誤(wu)差(cha)
由於(yu)熱(re)電(dian)偶的熱(re)惰(duo)性(xing)使(shi)儀(yi)表(biao)的指(zhi)示(shi)值落後於(yu)被(bei)測溫(wen)度(du)的變(bian)化,在(zai)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)快(kuai)速(su)測量(liang)時(shí)這種(zhong)影響(xiang)尤為(wei)突(tu)出(chu)。所以(yi)應(yīng)盡(jin)可能采用熱(re)電(dian)極(ji)較細(xì)、保(bao)護(hù)管直徑較(jiao)小的熱(re)電(dian)偶。測溫(wen)環(huán)(huan)境許可時(shí),甚(shen)至(zhi)可將(jiang)保護(hù)(hu)管取去。由於(yu)存在(zai)測量(liang)滯(zhi)後,用熱(re)電(dian)偶檢測出(chu)的溫(wen)度(du)波動(dòng)(dong)的振(zhen)幅較爐(lu)溫(wen)波動(dòng)(dong)的振(zhen)幅小。測量(liang)滯(zhi)後越(yue)大,熱(re)電(dian)偶波動(dòng)(dong)的振(zhen)幅就越(yue)小,與實(shí)(shi)際爐(lu)溫(wen)的差(cha)別(bie)也就越大。當(dāng)(dang)用時(shí)間(jian)常數(shù)大的熱(re)電(dian)偶測溫(wen)或控溫(wen)時(shí),儀(yi)表(biao)顯示(shi)的溫(wen)度(du)雖然波動(dòng)(dong)很小,但實(shí)(shi)際爐(lu)溫(wen)的波動(dòng)(dong)可能很大。為(wei)了準(zhǔn)(zhun)確的測量(liang)溫(wen)度(du),應(yīng)當(dāng)(dang)選擇(ze)時(shí)間(jian)常數(shù)小的熱(re)電(dian)偶。時(shí)間(jian)常數(shù)與(yu)傳熱(re)系數(shù)成(cheng)反(fan)比,與(yu)熱(re)電(dian)偶熱(re)端的直徑、材(cai)料(liao)的密度及比熱(re)成正(zheng)比,如(ru)要減(jian)小時(shí)間(jian)常數(shù),除(chu)增加(jia)傳(chuan)熱(re)系數(shù)以(yi)外(wai),有(you)效的辦(ban)法(fa)是(shi)盡(jin)量(liang)減(jian)小熱(re)端的尺(chi)寸(cun)。使(shi)用中(zhong),通常采用導(dǎo)熱(re)性(xing)能好(hao)的材(cai)料(liao),管壁薄(bo)、內(nèi)徑小的保(bao)護(hù)(hu)套管。在(zai)較精(jing)密的溫(wen)度(du)測量(liang)中(zhong),使(shi)用無保護(hù)套管的裸(luo)絲(si)熱(re)電(dian)偶,但熱(re)電(dian)偶容(rong)易(yi)損(sun)壞(huai),應(yīng)(ying)及時(shí)校(xiao)正及更換。
4、熱(re)阻誤(wu)差
高(gao)溫(wen)時(shí),如(ru)保護(hù)(hu)管上(shang)有(you)壹層煤(mei)灰(hui),塵埃(ai)附(fu)在(zai)上(shang)面(mian),則熱(re)阻增(zeng)加,阻(zu)礙熱(re)的傳(chuan)導(dǎo),這時(shí)溫(wen)度(du)示值比被(bei)測溫(wen)度(du)的真(zhen)值(zhi)低。因此,應(yīng)(ying)保持(chi)熱(re)電(dian)偶保(bao)護(hù)管外部的清(qing)潔(jie),以減(jian)小誤差(cha)。
