稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器 的出線(xiàn)(xian)方(fang)式有4線(xiàn)(xian)和(he)6線(xiàn)(xian)兩(liang)種(zhong),模(mo)塊(kuai)或稱(chēng)重(zhong)變送(song)器的接線(xiàn)(xian)也有4線(xiàn)(xian)和(he)6線(xiàn)(xian)兩(liang)種(zhong),要(yao)接4線(xiàn)(xian)還(hai)是(shi)6線(xiàn)(xian)首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)看妳(ni)的硬件要(yao)求(qiu)是(shi)怎樣(yang)的,原則(ze)是:傳(chuan)感(gan)器能(neng)接(jie)6線(xiàn)(xian)的不(bu)接(jie)4線(xiàn)(xian),必須(xu)接4線(xiàn)(xian)的就要(yao)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)短接。
壹(yi)般的稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器都(dou)是(shi)六(liu)線(xiàn)(xian)制(zhi)的,當(dāng)接成四線(xiàn)(xian)制(zhi)時(shí)(shi),電源線(xiàn)(xian)(EXC-,EXC+)與(yu)反(fan)饋線(xiàn)(xian)(SEN-,SEN+)就(jiu)分(fen)別(bie)短接了(le)。SEN+和(he)SEN-是(shi)補(bǔ)償(chang)線(xiàn)(xian)路(lu)電阻(zu)用(yong)的。SEN+和(he)EXC+是(shi)通路(lu)的,SEN-和(he)EXC-是(shi)通路(lu)的。
EXC+和(he)EXC-是(shi)給稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器供(gong)電的,但(dan)是由於(yu)稱(chēng)重(zhong)模(mo)塊(kuai)和(he)傳(chuan)感器之(zhi)間的線(xiàn)(xian)路(lu)損(sun)耗,實(shí)際(ji)上(shang)傳感器接(jie)收到的電壓(ya)會(huì)(hui)小於(yu)供(gong)電電(dian)壓(ya)。每(mei)個(gè)(ge)稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器都(dou)有壹(yi)個(gè)(ge)mV/V的特(te)性,它(ta)輸出的mV信(xin)號(hào)(hao)與接(jie)收到的電壓(ya)密切(qie)相(xiang)關(guān)(guan),SENS+和(he)SENS-實(shí)際(ji)上(shang)是稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器內(nèi)(nei)的壹(yi)個(gè)(ge)高(gao)阻(zu)抗(kang)回路(lu),可(ke)以將稱(chēng)重(zhong)模(mo)塊(kuai)實(shí)際(ji)接(jie)收到的電壓(ya)反(fan)饋(kui)給稱(chēng)重(zhong)模(mo)塊(kuai)。假設(shè)(she)EXC+和(he)EXC-為10V,線(xiàn)(xian)路(lu)損(sun)耗,傳感(gan)器2mV/V,實(shí)際(ji)上(shang)傳感器輸出大信(xin)號(hào)(hao)為()*2=19mV,而不(bu)是(shi)20mV。此(ci)時(shí)稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器內(nèi)(nei)部(bu)就會(huì)(hui)把(ba)19mV作(zuo)為大量程,前提是傳(chuan)感(gan)器必須(xu)通過(guò)(guo)反(fan)饋回路(lu)把實(shí)際(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)反(fan)饋(kui)給稱(chēng)重(zhong)模(mo)塊(kuai)。在稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器上(shang)將EXC+與(yu) SENS+短接,EXC-與(yu)SENS-短接,於(yu)傳感(gan)器與(yu)稱(chēng)重(zhong)模(mo)塊(kuai)距離較(jiao)近,電(dian)壓(ya)損(sun)耗非常小的場(chǎng)(chang)合(he),否(fou)則(ze)測(cè)量存在誤(wu)差。

1、安(an)裝(zhuang)傳(chuan)感(gan)器的底座(zuo)安裝(zhuang)面(mian)應(yīng)(ying)平(ping)整(zheng)、清潔,無(wú)任(ren)何油(you)膜(mo),膠(jiao)膜(mo)等存在(zai)。安裝(zhuang)底座(zuo)本身(shen)應(yīng)(ying)有足夠的強(qiáng)度和(he)剛(gang)性,壹(yi)般要(yao)求(qiu)高(gao)於(yu)傳感(gan)器本(ben)身(shen)的強(qiáng)度和(he)剛(gang)度。
2、稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器要(yao)輕拿輕放,尤其(qi)是(shi)由合(he)金鋁(lv)制(zhi)作(zuo)彈(dan)性體的小容(rong)量傳(chuan)感(gan)器,任(ren)何沖擊(ji)、跌落(luo),對(duì)其(qi)計(jì)量(liang)性能(neng)均(jun)可(ke)能(neng)造(zao)成極大損(sun)害(hai)。對(duì)於(yu)大容(rong)量的稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器,壹(yi)般來(lái)(lai)說(shuō),它(ta)具(ju)有較(jiao)大的自重(zhong),故而要(yao)求(qiu)在(zai)搬(ban)運(yùn)(yun)、安裝時(shí),盡可(ke)能(neng)使(shi)用適(shi)當(dāng)?shù)钠鸬?diao)設(shè)(she)備(bei)(如手(shou)拉(la)葫蘆(lu)、電(dian)動(dòng)葫蘆(lu)等(deng))。
3、每(mei)種(zhong)稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器的加載方(fang)向都(dou)是確(que)定的,而我們(men)使用時(shí),壹(yi)定要(yao)在此方(fang)向上(shang)加載負(fù)(fu)荷(he)。橫(heng)向力(li)、附(fu)加(jia)的彎矩、扭(niu)矩力(li)應(yīng)(ying)盡(jin)量(liang)避(bi)免。
4、水(shui)平(ping)調(diào)(tiao)整(zheng):水(shui)平(ping)調(diào)(tiao)整(zheng)有兩個(gè)(ge)方(fang)面(mian)的內(nèi)容(rong)。壹(yi)是單只(zhi)傳(chuan)感器安(an)裝(zhuang)底座(zuo)的安裝平(ping)面(mian)要(yao)用水(shui)平(ping)儀調(diào)整(zheng)水(shui)平(ping),另(ling)壹(yi)方(fang)面(mian)是(shi)指多個(gè)(ge)傳感(gan)器的安裝底座(zuo)的安裝面(mian)要(yao)盡量調(diào)(tiao)整(zheng)到壹(yi)個(gè)(ge)水(shui)平(ping)面(mian)上(shang)(用水(shui)準(zhǔn)(zhun)儀),尤其是傳(chuan)感器數(shù)(shu)多於(yu)三(san)個(gè)(ge)的稱(chēng)重(zhong)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)中(zhong),更(geng)應(yīng)(ying)註意(yi)這(zhe)壹(yi)點(diǎn),這(zhe)樣做(zuo)的主要(yao)目的是為了(le)使(shi)各傳感(gan)器所(suo)承受(shou)的負(fù)荷(he)基(ji)本壹(yi)致(zhi)。
5、稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器周(zhou)圍(wei)應(yīng)(ying)盡(jin)量(liang)設(shè)(she)置(zhi)壹(yi)些“擋(dang)板(ban)”,甚(shen)至用薄(bo)金屬板(ban)把(ba)傳(chuan)感(gan)器罩起(qi)來(lái)。這樣(yang)可(ke)防(fang)止雜物(wu)玷(dian)汙(wu)傳(chuan)感(gan)器及(ji)某(mou)些可(ke)動(dòng)部(bu)分(fen),而(er)這(zhe)種(zhong)“沾汙”往(wang)往會(huì)(hui)使(shi)可(ke)動(dòng)部(bu)分(fen)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)不(bu)爽(shuang),而(er)影響稱(chēng)量精度。
6、盡(jin)量(liang)采用有自動(dòng)定位(wei)(復(fù)(fu)位(wei))作(zuo)用的結(jié)構(gòu)(gou)配(pei)件(jian),如球(qiu)形(xing)軸承、關(guān)(guan)節(jié)(jie)軸承、定位(wei)緊(jin)固(gu)器等(deng)。他們(men)可(ke)以防(fang)止某(mou)些橫向(xiang)力(li)作(zuo)用在(zai)傳感(gan)器上(shang)。要(yao)說(shuō)明(ming)的是:有些橫向(xiang)力(li)並不(bu)是(shi)機(jī)(ji)械(xie)安裝(zhuang)引(yin)起(qi)的,如熱膨(peng)脹(zhang)引(yin)起的橫向力(li),風(fēng)(feng)力(li)引起(qi)的橫向力(li),及(ji)某(mou)些容(rong)器類(lèi)(lei)衡器上(shang)的攪拌器的振動(dòng)引(yin)起(qi)的橫向力(li)即不(bu)是(shi)機(jī)(ji)械(xie)安裝(zhuang)引(yin)起(qi)的。
11、在高(gao)度(du)精度使(shi)用(yong)場(chǎng)(chang)合(he),應(yīng)(ying)使(shi)/稱(chēng)重(zhong)傳感器和(he)儀表在預(yù)(yu)熱30分(fen)鐘(zhong)後使(shi)用(yong)。
