寶德BURKERT安裝時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)註意閥(fa)體上(shang)箭(jian)頭(tou)應(yīng)(ying)與(yu)介質(zhì)(zhi)流向(xiang)壹(yi)致。不(bu)可裝在(zai)有直接(jie)滴水(shui)或?yàn)R(jian)水(shui)的地(di)方(fang)。電磁閥(fa)應(yīng)(ying)垂(chui)直向(xiang)上安(an)裝;
、電磁閥(fa)應(yīng)(ying)保(bao)證在(zai)電源電壓(ya)為(wei)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)的15%-10%波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)範(fàn)圍(wei)內(nèi)正(zheng)常工作(zuo);
、電磁閥(fa)安裝(zhuang)後(hou),管(guan)道中(zhong)不(bu)得(de)有(you)反(fan)向壓(ya)差。並需通(tong)電數(shù)次,使(shi)之(zhi)適溫(wen)後(hou)方(fang)可正(zheng)式投(tou)入使(shi)用;

寶德BURKERT電磁閥(fa)是由(you)電磁線圈(quan)和(he)磁(ci)芯(xin)組(zu)成(cheng),是(shi)包含壹(yi)個(gè)或幾(ji)個(gè)(ge)孔(kong)的閥(fa)體。當(dāng)線圈(quan)通(tong)電或斷電時(shí)(shi),磁芯(xin)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)將導(dǎo)(dao)致流體(ti)通(tong)過(guò)閥(fa)體或被(bei)切(qie)斷,以達(dá)(da)到(dao)改變(bian)流體(ti)方(fang)向(xiang)的目(mu)的。電磁閥(fa)的電磁部件(jian)由(you)固(gu)定鐵(tie)芯(xin)、動(dòng)(dong)鐵芯(xin)、線(xian)圈(quan)等(deng)部(bu)件(jian)組(zu)成(cheng);閥(fa)體部(bu)分(fen)由(you)滑(hua)閥(fa)芯(xin)、滑(hua)閥(fa)套、彈簧底(di)座(zuo)等(deng)組(zu)成(cheng)。電磁線圈(quan)被(bei)直接(jie)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)閥(fa)體上(shang),閥(fa)體被(bei)封(feng)閉(bi)在(zai)密封管(guan)中(zhong),構(gòu)(gou)成壹(yi)個(gè)簡(jiǎn)(jian)潔、緊(jin)湊(cou)的組(zu)合。我們(men)在(zai)生產(chǎn)(chan)中(zhong)常用的電磁閥(fa)有二(er)位(wei)三(san)通(tong)、二位(wei)四通(tong)、二位(wei)五通(tong)等(deng)。這(zhe)裏(li)先(xian)說(shuō)說(shuō)二位(wei)的含(han)義:對(duì)(dui)於電磁閥(fa)來(lái)說(shuō)就(jiu)是帶(dai)電和失(shi)電,對(duì)於所控制的閥(fa)門來(lái)說(shuō)就(jiu)是開(kai)和(he)關(guān)。

、電磁閥(fa)接線(xian)頭(tou)松(song)動(dòng)(dong)或線(xian)頭(tou)脫(tuo)落(luo),電磁閥(fa)不(bu)得(de)電,可緊固(gu)線頭(tou)。
、電磁閥(fa)線圈(quan)燒(shao)壞,可拆下(xia)電磁閥(fa)的接(jie)線(xian),用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量(liang),如(ru)果開(kai)路,則電磁閥(fa)線圈(quan)燒(shao)壞。原(yuan)因有(you)線圈(quan)受潮,引(yin)起絕(jue)緣不(bu)好(hao)而(er)漏(lou)磁,造成線(xian)圈(quan)內(nèi)(nei)電流過(guò)大(da)而(er)燒(shao)毀,因(yin)此(ci)要防止(zhi)雨(yu)水(shui)進(jìn)(jin)入電磁閥(fa)。此(ci)外(wai),彈簧過(guò)硬,反(fan)作(zuo)用力過(guò)大(da),線(xian)圈(quan)匝(za)數(shù)太少,吸(xi)力(li)不(bu)夠(gou)也(ye)可使(shi)得線(xian)圈燒(shao)毀。緊(jin)急(ji)處(chu)理時(shí)(shi),可將線(xian)圈上(shang)的手(shou)動(dòng)(dong)按(an)鈕由(you)正(zheng)常工作(zuo)時(shí)(shi)的“0”位(wei)打(da)到“1”位(wei),使(shi)得閥(fa)打(da)開。、電磁閥(fa)卡住(zhu):寶德BURKERT電磁閥(fa)的滑(hua)閥(fa)套與(yu)閥(fa)芯(xin)的配(pei)合間(jian)隙(xi)很(hen)小(xiao)(小(xiao)於0.008mm),壹(yi)般都(dou)是(shi)單(dan)件(jian)裝(zhuang)配(pei),當(dāng)有機(jī)(ji)械(xie)雜質(zhì)帶入或潤(rùn)(run)滑(hua)油(you)太少時(shí)(shi),很(hen)容(rong)易卡(ka)住(zhu)。處(chu)理方(fang)法可用鋼絲(si)從(cong)頭部(bu)小(xiao)孔捅入,使(shi)其彈回。根本(ben)的解(jie)決方(fang)法是(shi)要(yao)將電磁閥(fa)拆下(xia),取(qu)出(chu)閥(fa)芯(xin)及(ji)閥(fa)芯(xin)套(tao),用CCI4清(qing)洗(xi),使(shi)得閥(fa)芯(xin)在(zai)閥(fa)套內(nèi)(nei)動(dòng)(dong)作(zuo)靈(ling)活(huo)。拆卸時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)註意各部件的裝(zhuang)配(pei)順(shun)序及(ji)外(wai)部接(jie)線位(wei)置(zhi),以便(bian)重新(xin)裝(zhuang)配(pei)及接線(xian)正(zheng)確,還要(yao)檢查(zha)油霧(wu)器(qi)噴油(you)孔(kong)是(shi)否(fou)堵(du)塞,潤(rùn)(run)滑(hua)油(you)是否(fou)足(zu)夠(gou)。
、漏(lou)氣:漏氣會(huì)造成空(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)力不(bu)足(zu),使(shi)得強(qiáng)(qiang)制(zhi)閥(fa)的啟閉(bi)困(kun)難,原(yuan)因是(shi)密封(feng)墊(dian)片損壞(huai)或滑(hua)閥(fa)磨損而(er)造(zao)成幾(ji)個(gè)(ge)空(kong)腔竄(cuan)氣。在(zai)處(chu)理切換系(xi)統(tǒng)的電磁閥(fa)故障(zhang)時(shí)(shi),應(yīng)(ying)選擇適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)(shi)機(jī)(ji),等(deng)該(gai)電磁閥(fa)處(chu)於(yu)失(shi)電時(shí)(shi)進(jìn)行(xing)處(chu)理,若在(zai)壹(yi)個(gè)切(qie)換間(jian)隙(xi)內(nèi)(nei)處(chu)理不(bu)完,可將切(qie)換系(xi)統(tǒng)暫停(ting),從(cong)容(rong)處(chu)理。
