1、安裝時應(yīng)(ying)使(shi)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的壓(ya)力(li)敏(min)感(gan)件(jian)軸(zhou)向垂(chui)直於(yu)重(zhong)力(li)方(fang)向,如果安裝條(tiao)件(jian)限(xian)制,則應(yīng)(ying)安裝固(gu)定後調(diào)整變(bian)送(song)器(qi)零位到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值(zhi)。
2、殘存的壓(ya)力(li)釋(shi)放(fang)不出,因此(ci)傳感器零位又(you)下(xia)不來(lai)。排除此(ci)原因的(de)*方(fang)法是將(jiang)傳感器卸下(xia),直(zhi)接(jie)察(cha)看零位是(shi)否正常,如果正常更(geng)換密封(feng)圈(quan)再(zai)試。
