種是壓(ya)力上去,變(bian)送(song)器(qi)輸也上不去。此種情況(kuang),先(xian)應檢查(zha)壓(ya)力接(jie)口(kou)是否(fou)漏(lou)氣(qi)或者被堵(du)住(zhu),如果確(que)認(ren)不是,檢查(zha)接(jie)線方(fang)式(shi)和檢查(zha)電源(yuan),如電源(yuan)正常則進(jin)行簡(jian)單加壓(ya)看(kan)輸出是否(fou)變(bian)化(hua),或者察看傳(chuan)感器(qi)零位是否(fou)有(you)輸出,若無(wu)變(bian)化(hua)則傳(chuan)感器(qi)已(yi)損壞,可能是儀(yi)表(biao)損(sun)壞或者整個(ge)系統(tong)的其他(ta)環(huán)節(jié)(jie)的問(wen)題(ti);
第二(er)種是加(jia)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)輸出不變(bian)化(hua),再(zai)加壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)輸出突然變(bian)化(hua),泄(xie)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)零位回(hui)不去,很(hen)有(you)可能是壓(ya)力傳(chuan)感器(qi)密封(feng)圈的問(wen)題(ti)。常(chang)見(jian)的是由(you)於密封(feng)圈規(guī)(gui)格原(yuan)因(yin),傳(chuan)感器(qi)擰緊之(zhi)後密封(feng)圈被壓(ya)縮到(dao)傳(chuan)感器(qi)引(yin)壓(ya)口(kou)裏(li)面堵(du)塞(sai)傳(chuan)感器(qi),加壓(ya)時(shi)壓(ya)力介質(zhi)進(jin)不去,但(dan)在壓(ya)力大時(shi)突然沖開(kai)密封(feng)圈,壓(ya)力傳(chuan)感器(qi)受到壓(ya)力而變(bian)化(hua)。排(pai)除(chu)這(zhe)種故障(zhang)的方(fang)法(fa)是將(jiang)傳(chuan)感器(qi)卸下(xia),直接(jie)察看(kan)零(ling)位(wei)是否(fou)正常,若零(ling)位正??筛?geng)換密封(feng)圈再試(shi);
第三種是變(bian)送(song)器(qi)輸出信號不穩(wěn)。這(zhe)種故障(zhang)有可能是壓(ya)力源的問(wen)題(ti)。壓(ya)力源本(ben)身(shen)是壹(yi)個(ge)不穩(wěn)定(ding)的壓(ya)力,很(hen)有(you)可能是儀(yi)表(biao)或壓(ya)力傳(chuan)感器(qi)抗幹擾(rao)能力不強、傳(chuan)感器(qi)本身(shen)振(zhen)動很(hen)厲(li)害和傳(chuan)感器(qi)故障(zhang);第四種是變(bian)送(song)器(qi)與指針(zhen)式(shi)壓(ya)力表(biao)對照偏(pian)差(cha)大(da)。出現偏(pian)差(cha)是正常的現(xian)象(xiang),確(que)認(ren)正常的偏(pian)差(cha)範(fan)圍(wei)即可;
後壹(yi)種易出(chu)現的故障(zhang)是微(wei)差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)安裝位(wei)置對零(ling)位(wei)輸出的影響(xiang)。微(wei)差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)由於其測(ce)量(liang)範(fan)圍(wei)很(hen)小(xiao),變(bian)送(song)器(qi)中(zhong)傳(chuan)感元(yuan)件(jian)會影響(xiang)到微(wei)差(cha)壓(ya)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的輸出。安裝時(shi)應使(shi)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的壓(ya)力敏感件(jian)軸向垂(chui)直於重力方(fang)向(xiang),安裝固(gu)定(ding)後(hou)調(tiao)整變(bian)送(song)器(qi)零位到(dao)標(biao)準(zhun)值(zhi)。
