SEALCO控(kong)制閥(fa)的維(wei)護(hù)
控(kong)制閥(fa)具有(you)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單(dan)和(he)動(dòng)(dong)作可(ke)靠(kao)等(deng)特點(diǎn)(dian),但(dan)由(you)於(yu)它(ta)直接與(yu)工(gong)藝介(jie)質(zhì)接觸,其(qi)性(xing)能直接影響系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)質(zhì)量(liang)和(he)環(huán)境(jing)汙染,所(suo)以(yi)對(duì)控(kong)制閥(fa)必(bi)須進(jìn)行(xing)經(jīng)常(chang)維護(hù)(hu)和(he)定期檢(jian)修(xiu),尤其(qi)對(duì)使用條(tiao)件惡劣和(he)重(zhong)要(yao)的場(chǎng)(chang)合,更(geng)應(yīng)(ying)重(zhong)視(shi)維(wei)修(xiu)工(gong)作。重(zhong)點(diǎn)檢(jian)查部位:
1、閥體內(nèi)壁
對(duì)於使(shi)用在(zai)高(gao)壓差和(he)腐(fu)蝕性介(jie)質(zhì)場(chǎng)(chang)合的控(kong)制閥(fa),閥(fa)體內(nèi)壁、隔(ge)膜閥(fa)的隔(ge)膜經(jīng)(jing)常(chang)受(shou)到介(jie)質(zhì)的沖(chong)擊(ji)和(he)腐(fu)蝕,必須重(zhong)點(diǎn)檢(jian)查耐(nai)壓、耐(nai)腐(fu)的情(qing)況(kuang)。
2、閥座(zuo)
控(kong)制閥(fa)工(gong)作時(shí)(shi),因(yin)介(jie)質(zhì)滲入,固(gu)定閥座(zuo)用的螺紋內(nèi)表面易受(shou)腐(fu)蝕而使(shi)閥座(zuo)松(song)動(dòng)(dong),檢查時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)予(yu)註意。對(duì)高(gao)壓差下工(gong)作的閥(fa),還應(yīng)(ying)檢(jian)查閥座(zuo)密(mi)封(feng)面是否沖(chong)壞(huai)。
3、閥(fa)芯(xin)
閥(fa)芯是調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)工(gong)作時(shí)(shi)的可(ke)動(dòng)(dong)部件,受(shou)介(jie)質(zhì)的沖(chong)刷(shua)、腐(fu)蝕為嚴(yán)重(zhong),檢修(xiu)時(shí)(shi)要(yao)認(rèn)(ren)真(zhen)檢(jian)查閥芯各部(bu)分是否被腐(fu)蝕、磨(mo)損,特別是在(zai)高(gao)壓差的情(qing)況(kuang)下閥(fa)芯(xin)的磨(mo)損更(geng)為嚴(yán)重(zhong)(因(yin)氣(qi)蝕現(xiàn)象),應(yīng)(ying)予(yu)註意。閥(fa)芯(xin)損壞(huai)嚴(yán)重(zhong)時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)進(jìn)行(xing)更(geng)換(huan),另外還應(yīng)(ying)註意閥(fa)桿(gan)是否也有(you)類(lèi)似(si)的現(xiàn)(xian)象,或與(yu)閥(fa)芯連(lian)接松(song)動(dòng)(dong)等(deng)。
4、膜片(pian)
"O"形(xing)圈(quan)和(he)其它(ta)密(mi)封(feng)墊。應(yīng)(ying)檢(jian)控(kong)制閥(fa)中(zhong)膜片、"O"形(xing)密(mi)封(feng)墊是否老化、裂損。
5、密(mi)封(feng)填料(liao)
應(yīng)(ying)註意聚四氟(fu)乙烯(xi)填料(liao)、密(mi)封(feng)潤(rùn)(run)滑(hua)油(you)脂是否老化,配(pei)合(he)面是否損壞(huai),應(yīng)(ying)在(zai)必要(yao)時(shí)(shi)更(geng)換(huan)。
調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)閥(fa)又(you)稱(chēng)(cheng)控(kong)制閥(fa),是執(zhí)(zhi)行器(qi)的主(zhu)要(yao)類(lèi)型(xing),通(tong)過(guò)(guo)接受(shou)調(diào)節(jié)控(kong)制單(dan)元(yuan)輸(shu)出(chu)的控(kong)制信(xin)號(hào)(hao),借助(zhu)動(dòng)(dong)力操作去(qu)改(gai)變流(liu)體(ti)流量(liang)。調(diào)節(jié)閥(fa)壹般(ban)由執(zhí)(zhi)行機(jī)(ji)構(gòu)和(he)閥門(mén)組成。如果(guo)按(an)其(qi)所(suo)配(pei)執(zhí)(zhi)行機(jī)(ji)構(gòu)使用的動(dòng)(dong)力,調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)閥(fa)可(ke)以(yi)分為氣(qi)動(dòng)(dong)、電動(dòng)(dong)、液(ye)動(dòng)(dong)三(san)種,即(ji)以(yi)壓縮空(kong)氣(qi)為動(dòng)(dong)力源(yuan)的氣(qi)動(dòng)(dong)調(diào)節(jié)閥(fa),以(yi)電為動(dòng)(dong)力源(yuan)的電(dian)動(dòng)(dong)調(diào)節(jié)閥(fa),以(yi)液(ye)體介(jie)質(zhì)(如油(you)等(deng))壓力為動(dòng)(dong)力的電(dian)液(ye)動(dòng)(dong)調(diào)節(jié)閥(fa),另外,按其(qi)功(gong)能和(he)特性(xing)分,還有(you)電磁閥(fa)、電(dian)子式(shi)、智能式(shi)、現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)(chang)總線(xiàn)(xian)型(xing)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)閥(fa)等(deng)。
