HYDAC壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)送(song)器的安(an)裝(zhuang)有哪些註(zhu)意(yi)事(shi)項(xiàng)
在安裝應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)HYDAC壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)送(song)器前(qian)應(yīng)(ying)要(yao)詳細(xì)的閱讀(du)產(chǎn)品(pin)使用說明書(shu),安(an)裝(zhuang)時(shí)壓(ya)力(li)接口不能(neng)泄(xie)露,確保(bao)量程(cheng)及(ji)接線(xian)正確(que)。壓(ya)力(li)傳感器及(ji)變(bian)送(song)器的外(wai)殼(ke)壹般(ban)需(xu)接地,信號(hào)電(dian)纜線(xian)不得與動(dòng)(dong)力(li)電(dian)纜混(hun)合(he)鋪(pu)設(shè),傳感(gan)器及(ji)變(bian)送(song)器四周應(yīng)(ying)避(bi)免(mian)有強(qiáng)(qiang)電(dian)磁幹(gan)擾。傳感器及(ji)變(bian)送(song)器在應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)中應(yīng)(ying)按行業(yè)規(guī)(gui)定(ding)進(jìn)(jin)行周(zhou)期(qi)檢(jian)定。壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)送(song)器安裝需(xu)註(zhu)意(yi)以(yi)下(xia)要(yao)點(diǎn):
1、安(an)裝前(qian)仔(zai)細(xì)閱讀(du)產(chǎn)品(pin)說明書(shu),準(zhǔn)(zhun)確接(jie)線(xian),留意(yi)產(chǎn)品(pin)不得發(fā)生(sheng)接線(xian)錯(cuò)(cuo)誤(wu)。
2、變(bian)送(song)器應(yīng)(ying)安(an)裝(zhuang)在透(tou)風(fēng)、幹(gan)燥、無(wu)腐蝕、陰(yin)涼(liang)及(ji)溫度(du)變(bian)化(hua)較(jiao)小之處。如露天安裝應(yīng)(ying)加(jia)防(fang)護(hù)罩(zhao),避(bi)免(mian)陽(yáng)光直射和(he)雨(yu)淋,以(yi)避(bi)免(mian)產(chǎn)品(pin)機(jī)(ji)能(neng)降(jiang)低或(huo)引起故障。
3、嚴(yán)禁隨意(yi)摔(shuai)打(da)、打(da)擊(ji)、拆(chai)卸(xie)、強(qiáng)(qiang)力(li)夾持或(huo)用(yong)尖(jian)利的工(gong)具捅(tong)引壓(ya)孔或(huo)金(jin)屬(shu)膜(mo)片(pian)。
4、留(liu)意(yi)保(bao)護(hù)產(chǎn)品(pin)引出(chu)電(dian)纜,電(dian)纜線(xian)接頭(tou)處務(wù)必(bi)密封,省得進(jìn)(jin)水或(huo)潮氣影(ying)響(xiang)整(zheng)機(jī)(ji)機(jī)(ji)能(neng)及(ji)壽命(ming),變(bian)送(song)器端(duan)子(zi)引線(xian)要保(bao)證(zheng)和(he)大(da)氣良(liang)好導(dǎo)通。
5、安裝時(shí)應(yīng)(ying)在變(bian)送(song)器和介質(zhì)(zhi)之間(jian)加(jia)載壓(ya)力(li)截(jie)止(zhi)閥,以(yi)便檢(jian)驗(yàn)和(he)防(fang)止(zhi)取(qu)壓(ya)口堵(du)塞而(er)影(ying)響(xiang)測(cè)(ce)量精度(du),在壓(ya)力(li)波動(dòng)範(fàn)(fan)圍(wei)大(da)的場(chǎng)(chang)所還應(yīng)(ying)加(jia)裝(zhuang)壓(ya)力(li)緩沖裝置(zhi)。
6、測(cè)(ce)量蒸(zheng)汽(qi)或(huo)其它高(gao)溫介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)時(shí),留意(yi)不要(yao)使變(bian)送(song)器的工(gong)作(zuo)溫度(du)超(chao)限,必(bi)要時(shí),加(jia)引壓(ya)管(guan)或其(qi)它冷卻(que)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)連(lian)接(jie)。
7、在測(cè)(ce)量液體介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)時(shí),在加(jia)壓(ya)前(qian)壹定(ding)要(yao)用截(jie)止(zhi)閥排(pai)凈(jing)管(guan)道(dao)內(nèi)(nei)的空(kong)氣(qi),防(fang)止因?yàn)?wei)壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣(qi)所產(chǎn)生(sheng)的高(gao)壓(ya)導(dǎo)致(zhi)傳感器過(guo)載。
8、禁(jin)止超(chao)指(zhi)標(biāo)過(guo)載,超(chao)指(zhi)標(biāo)過(guo)載造(zao)成的敏(min)感(gan)膜(mo)損(sun)壞不在三包(bao)範(fàn)(fan)圍(wei)內(nèi)(nei)。
9、隔爆(bao)型(xing)變(bian)送(song)器在危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)(chang)所應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)時(shí),變(bian)送(song)器的殼(ke)蓋必(bi)需擰(ning)緊,為確(que)保(bao)應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)安(an)全,應(yīng)(ying)嚴(yán)格遵守(shou)安全規(guī)程(cheng),不能(neng)在通電(dian)時(shí)翻開變(bian)送(song)器殼(ke)蓋。
10、本質(zhì)(zhi)安全型變(bian)送(song)器必(bi)需配用(yong)安(an)全柵才(cai)能在有爆(bao)炸性混(hun)合(he)物(wu)的危(wei)險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)(chang)所應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)。
