1、安(an)裝(zhuang)不(bu)當(dāng)引入的誤(wu)差(cha)
如(ru)熱(re)電(dian)偶安裝的位(wei)置(zhi)及(ji)插(cha)入深度不(bu)能反(fan)映爐膛的真(zhen)實(shí)溫度(du)等(deng),換(huan)句話說(shuo),熱(re)電(dian)偶不(bu)應(yīng)裝(zhuang)在(zai)太(tai)靠(kao)近(jin)門(men)和(he)加熱(re)的地(di)方(fang),插(cha)入(ru)的深(shen)度(du)至(zhi)少(shao)應(yīng)(ying)為保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)直(zhi)徑(jing)的8~10倍(bei);熱(re)電(dian)偶的保(bao)護(hù)(hu)套管(guan)與(yu)壁(bi)間的間隔未(wei)填絕(jue)熱(re)物(wu)質(zhì)致(zhi)使?fàn)t內(nèi)熱(re)溢出或冷(leng)空(kong)氣(qi)侵入(ru),因此熱(re)電(dian)偶保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)和(he)爐壁孔之(zhi)間的空(kong)隙(xi)應(yīng)用(yong)耐(nai)火(huo)泥或(huo)石棉(mian)繩等絕(jue)熱(re)物(wu)質(zhì)堵(du)塞以(yi)免冷(leng)熱(re)空氣(qi)對(duì)流(liu)而(er)影響測(cè)溫的準(zhǔn)(zhun)確(que)性(xing);熱(re)電(dian)偶冷(leng)端(duan)太靠近(jin)爐體使(shi)溫度(du)超(chao)過100℃;熱(re)電(dian)偶的安(an)裝(zhuang)應(yīng)盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)避開(kai)強(qiáng)磁場(chǎng)和強(qiáng)電(dian)場(chǎng),所以(yi)不(bu)應(yīng)把熱(re)電(dian)偶和動(dòng)力電(dian)纜線(xian)裝在(zai)同壹(yi)根(gen)導(dǎo)(dao)管(guan)內(nèi)以(yi)免引入幹(gan)擾造(zao)成(cheng)誤(wu)差(cha);熱(re)電(dian)偶不(bu)能安(an)裝在(zai)被(bei)測(cè)(ce)介質(zhì)很少(shao)流(liu)動(dòng)(dong)的區(qū)(qu)域(yu)內(nèi),當(dāng)用(yong)熱(re)電(dian)偶測(cè)量管(guan)內(nèi)氣(qi)體溫度(du)時(shí)(shi),必須使(shi)熱(re)電(dian)偶逆(ni)著流(liu)速(su)方向(xiang)安(an)裝(zhuang),而且充(chong)分與(yu)氣(qi)體接觸。
2、絕緣(yuan)變差(cha)而(er)引入的誤(wu)差(cha)
如(ru)熱(re)電(dian)偶絕緣了(le),保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)和(he)拉(la)線(xian)板(ban)汙垢或鹽渣過多致(zhi)使熱(re)電(dian)偶極(ji)間與(yu)爐壁間絕(jue)緣不(bu)良,在(zai)高(gao)溫下(xia)更(geng)為嚴(yán)(yan)重,這(zhe)不(bu)僅會(huì)(hui)引起(qi)熱(re)電(dian)勢(shì)的損(sun)耗而(er)且還(hai)會(huì)引入幹(gan)擾,由(you)此(ci)引起(qi)的誤(wu)差(cha)有(you)時(shí)(shi)可(ke)達(dá)(da)上百(bai)度。
3、熱(re)惰性(xing)引入的誤(wu)差(cha)
由(you)於(yu)熱(re)電(dian)偶的熱(re)惰性(xing)使儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)值(zhi)落後於(yu)被(bei)測(cè)(ce)溫度(du)的變(bian)化,在(zai)進(jìn)(jin)行快速(su)測(cè)量時(shí)這(zhe)種(zhong)影響尤為(wei)突(tu)出。所以(yi)應(yīng)盡(jin)可(ke)能(neng)采(cai)用(yong)熱(re)電(dian)極(ji)較細(xì)(xi)、保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)直(zhi)徑(jing)較小的熱(re)電(dian)偶。測(cè)溫環(huán)境許(xu)可(ke)時(shí)(shi),甚至(zhi)可(ke)將保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)取(qu)去。由(you)於(yu)存(cun)在(zai)測(cè)(ce)量滯後(hou),用熱(re)電(dian)偶檢(jian)測(cè)(ce)出的溫度(du)波動(dòng)(dong)的振幅較爐溫波動(dòng)(dong)的振幅小。測(cè)量滯後(hou)越大(da),熱(re)電(dian)偶波動(dòng)(dong)的振幅就越小(xiao),與(yu)實(shí)(shi)際爐溫的差(cha)別(bie)也就(jiu)越(yue)大(da)。當(dāng)(dang)用時(shí)(shi)間常(chang)數(shù)(shu)大(da)的熱(re)電(dian)偶測(cè)溫或(huo)控(kong)溫時(shí)(shi),儀表顯示(shi)的溫度(du)雖然(ran)波動(dòng)(dong)很(hen)小(xiao),但(dan)實(shí)際爐溫的波動(dòng)(dong)可(ke)能(neng)很大。為了(le)準(zhǔn)確(que)的測(cè)(ce)量溫度(du),應(yīng)(ying)當(dāng)選擇時(shí)(shi)間常(chang)數(shù)(shu)小(xiao)的熱(re)電(dian)偶。時(shí)間常(chang)數(shù)(shu)與(yu)傳(chuan)熱(re)系(xi)數(shù)(shu)成(cheng)反(fan)比,與熱(re)電(dian)偶熱(re)端的直(zhi)徑(jing)、材料(liao)的密(mi)度及(ji)比熱(re)成正(zheng)比,如(ru)要減(jian)小時(shí)(shi)間常(chang)數(shù)(shu),除(chu)增加傳(chuan)熱(re)系(xi)數(shù)(shu)以(yi)外,有效的辦(ban)法(fa)是盡(jin)量減(jian)小熱(re)端的尺寸。使用中(zhong),通常采(cai)用(yong)導(dǎo)(dao)熱(re)性(xing)能好(hao)的材料(liao),管(guan)壁(bi)薄(bo)、內(nèi)徑小(xiao)的保(bao)護(hù)(hu)套管(guan)。在(zai)較精(jing)密(mi)的溫度(du)測(cè)(ce)量中(zhong),使用(yong)無(wu)保護(hù)(hu)套管(guan)的裸(luo)絲熱(re)電(dian)偶,但(dan)熱(re)電(dian)偶容易損(sun)壞,應(yīng)及(ji)時(shí)(shi)校正及(ji)更(geng)換(huan)。
4、熱(re)阻誤(wu)差(cha)
高(gao)溫時(shí)(shi),如(ru)保(bao)護(hù)(hu)管(guan)上有(you)壹(yi)層煤(mei)灰(hui),塵(chen)埃(ai)附(fu)在(zai)上面(mian),則熱(re)阻增加,阻(zu)礙(ai)熱(re)的傳(chuan)導(dǎo)(dao),這(zhe)時(shí)(shi)溫度(du)示(shi)值(zhi)比被(bei)測(cè)(ce)溫度(du)的真(zhen)值(zhi)低。因此,應(yīng)(ying)保(bao)持熱(re)電(dian)偶保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)外部的清潔(jie),以(yi)減(jian)小誤(wu)差(cha)。
