二(er)、分(fen)步直動(dòng)(dong)式(shi)電(dian)磁閥(fa) 該(gai)閥(fa)采(cai)用壹次(ci)開(kai)閥(fa)和二(er)次(ci)開(kai)閥(fa)連在(zai)壹體(ti),主(zhu)閥(fa)和導(dǎo)(dao)閥(fa)分(fen)步使電(dian)磁力 和壓差直(zhi)接(jie)開(kai)啟(qi)主閥(fa)口. 當(dāng)線(xian)圈通電(dian)時(shí)(shi),產(chǎn)(chan)生電(dian)磁力使動(dòng)(dong)鐵芯(xin)和靜鐵芯(xin)吸(xi)合,導(dǎo)(dao)閥(fa)口開(kai)啟(qi)而導(dǎo)(dao)閥(fa)口設(shè)(she)在(zai)主閥(fa)口上(shang),且(qie)動(dòng)(dong)鐵芯(xin)與主(zhu)閥(fa)芯連在(zai)壹起,此(ci)時(shí)(shi)主(zhu)閥(fa)上腔的(de)壓(ya)力通過(guo)導(dǎo)(dao)閥(fa)口卸(xie)荷,在(zai)壓力差和電(dian) 磁力的(de)同時(shí)(shi)作用下使主(zhu)閥(fa)芯向(xiang)上運(yùn)動(dòng)(dong),開(kai)啟(qi)主閥(fa)介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)流通.當(dāng)線(xian)圈 斷電(dian)時(shí)(shi)電(dian)磁力消失,此(ci)時(shí)(shi)動(dòng)(dong)鐵芯(xin)在(zai)自重(zhong)和彈簧(huang)力的(de)作用下關(guān)閉導(dǎo)(dao)閥(fa)孔,此時(shí)(shi)介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)在(zai)平(ping)衡(heng)孔中進(jìn)入(ru)主閥(fa)芯上(shang)腔,使(shi)上腔壓(ya)力升(sheng)高,此(ci)時(shí)(shi) 在(zai)彈簧(huang)復(fù)位(wei)和壓力的(de)作用下關(guān)閉主(zhu)閥(fa),介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)斷(duan)流.結(jié)構(gòu)合理(li),動(dòng)(dong)作可靠(kao),在(zai)零(ling)壓(ya)差時(shí)(shi)工(gong)作也可靠(kao).
三、間(jian)接(jie)先導(dǎo)(dao)式(shi)電(dian)磁閥(fa) 該(gai)系列(lie)電(dian)磁閥(fa)由(you)先導(dǎo)(dao)閥(fa)和主閥(fa)芯著(zhe)形(xing)成(cheng)通(tong)道組合而(er)成(cheng);常閉型(xing) 在(zai)未通電(dian)時(shí)(shi),呈關(guān)閉狀(zhuang)態(tài)(tai).當(dāng)線(xian)圈通電(dian)時(shí)(shi),產(chǎn)(chan)生的(de)磁(ci)力使動(dòng)(dong)鐵芯(xin)和 靜鐵芯(xin)吸(xi)合,導(dǎo)(dao)閥(fa)口打(da)開(kai),介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)流向(xiang)出口,此時(shí)(shi)主(zhu)閥(fa)芯上(shang)腔壓(ya)力減(jian) 少(shao),低(di)於(yu)進(jìn)口側(cè)的(de)壓(ya)力,形成(cheng)壓(ya)差克(ke)服彈簧阻力而隨(sui)之(zhi)向(xiang)上運(yùn)動(dòng)(dong),達(dá)(da)到開(kai)啟(qi)主閥(fa)口的(de)目(mu)的(de),介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)流通.當(dāng)線(xian)圈斷電(dian)時(shí)(shi),磁(ci)力消失,動(dòng)(dong)鐵芯(xin)在(zai)彈簧(huang)力作用下復(fù)位(wei)關(guān)閉先導(dǎo)(dao)口(kou),此時(shí)(shi)介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)從(cong)平(ping)衡(heng)孔流入(ru),主閥(fa)芯上(shang)腔壓(ya)力增(zeng)大(da),並在(zai)彈簧(huang)力的(de)作用下向(xiang)下運(yùn)動(dòng)(dong),關(guān)閉主(zhu)閥(fa)口. 常(chang)開(kai)式(shi)原(yuan)理(li)正好(hao)相(xiang)反(fan).

壹:適(shi)用性 管(guan)路(lu)中(zhong)的(de)流體(ti)必(bi)須(xu)和選用的(de)電(dian)磁閥(fa)系列(lie)型(xing)號(hao)中(zhong)標(biāo)(biao)定的(de)介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)壹致. 流體(ti)的(de)溫度(du)必(bi)須(xu)小(xiao)於(yu)選用電(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)標(biāo)(biao)定溫度(du). 電(dian)磁閥(fa)允許(xu)液體(ti)粘(zhan)度(du)壹般(ban)在(zai) 20CST 以下(xia),大於(yu) 20CST 應(yīng)(ying)註明. 工(gong)作壓差,管(guan)路(lu)zui高壓(ya)差在(zai)小於(yu) 0.04MPa 時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)選用如(ru) ZS,2W,ZQDF,ZCM 系列(lie)等(deng)直動(dòng)(dong)式(shi)和分(fen)步直動(dòng)(dong)式(shi); zui低(di)工(gong)作壓差大(da)於(yu) 0.04MPa 時(shí)(shi) 可(ke)選用先導(dǎo)(dao)式(shi)(壓差式(shi))電(dian)磁閥(fa);zui高工(gong)作壓差應(yīng)(ying) 小於(yu)電(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)zui大(da)標(biāo)定壓力;壹般(ban)電(dian)磁閥(fa)都(dou)是(shi)單向(xiang)工(gong)作,因(yin)此要註 意(yi)是(shi)否有(you)反(fan)壓差,如(ru)有(you)安裝止回閥(fa). 流體(ti)清潔度(du)不高時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)在(zai)電(dian)磁閥(fa)前安裝過濾(lv)器(qi),壹般(ban)電(dian)磁 閥(fa)對介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)要求(qiu)清潔度(du)要好(hao). 註意(yi)流量孔徑和接管(guan)口徑;電(dian)磁閥(fa)壹般(ban)只有(you)開(kai)關(guān)兩(liang)位控制(zhi);條件允 許請(qing)安裝旁路(lu)管(guan),便(bian)於(yu)維修;有水錘(chui)現(xiàn)(xian)象時(shí)(shi)要定制(zhi)電(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)開(kai)閉時(shí)(shi) 間(jian)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie). 註意(yi)環(huán)境(jing)溫度(du)對(dui)電(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)影(ying)響 電(dian)源電(dian)流和消耗功率(lv)應(yīng)(ying)根據(jù)輸(shu)出(chu)容(rong)量(liang)選取(qu),電(dian)源電(dian)壓壹般(ban)允許(xu) ±10%左(zuo)右,必(bi)須(xu)註意(yi)交流起動(dòng)(dong)時(shí)(shi) VA 值較高.
二(er),可(ke)靠(kao)性 電(dian)磁閥(fa)分(fen)為常閉和常開(kai)二(er)種;壹般(ban)選用常(chang)閉型(xing),通(tong)電(dian)打(da)開(kai),斷(duan)電(dian)關(guān) 閉;但(dan)在(zai)開(kai)啟(qi)時(shí)(shi)間(jian)很(hen)長關(guān)閉時(shí)(shi)很(hen)短時(shí)(shi)要選用常(chang)開(kai)型(xing)了. 壽命(ming)試驗(yàn)(yan),工(gong)廠(chang)壹般(ban)屬於(yu)型(xing)式(shi)試驗(yàn)(yan)項(xiàng)目(mu),確切地說(shuo)供(gong)應(yīng)(ying)還(hai)沒(mei)有電(dian)磁 閥(fa)的(de)專(zhuan)業(yè)標(biāo)(biao)準(zhǔn)(zhun),因(yin)此選用電(dian)磁閥(fa)廠家時(shí)(shi)慎(shen)重(zhong). 動(dòng)(dong)作時(shí)(shi)間(jian)很(hen)短頻率(lv)較高時(shí)(shi)壹般(ban)選取(qu)直動(dòng)(dong)式(shi),大(da)口(kou)徑選用快(kuai)速(su)系列(lie).
三,安全(quan)性 壹般(ban)電(dian)磁閥(fa)不防水,在(zai)條件不允(yun)許(xu)時(shí)(shi)請(qing)選用防水型(xing),工(gong)廠(chang)可(ke)以定做. 電(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)zui高標(biāo)(biao)定公稱壓力壹定要超過管(guan)路(lu)內(nèi)(nei)的(de)zui高壓(ya)力,否則(ze)使(shi) 用壽命會(huì)縮短或(huo)產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)其它意(yi)外情(qing)況. 有(you)腐(fu)蝕性液體(ti)的(de)應(yīng)(ying)選用全(quan)不銹(xiu)鋼型(xing),強(qiáng)(qiang)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性(xing)流體(ti)宜(yi)選用塑(su)料王 (SLF)電(dian)磁閥(fa). 爆(bao)炸性環(huán)(huan)境必須(xu)選用相(xiang)應(yīng)(ying)的(de)防爆(bao)產(chǎn)品(pin).
