SAMSON定位(wei)器是氣動(dòng)控(kong)制閥中最主要的壹個(gè)氣動(dòng)附(fu)件,以(yi)接收(shou)控(kong)制所發(fā)(fa)的信(xin)號(hào)(hao),然後(hou)準(zhǔn)(zhun)確的定位(wei)閥門(men)行(xing)程位(wei)置的作用效(xiao)果(guo)。氣動(dòng)(dong)閥門(men)定位(wei)器功(gong)能(neng),氣(qi)動(dòng)(dong)閥門(men)定位(wei)器與(yu)氣動(dòng)(dong)執(zhí)(zhi)行(xing)機(jī)構(gòu)(gou)共(gong)同(tong)構(gòu)(gou)成(cheng)自(zi)控(kong)單(dan)元,和各(ge)種(zhong)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)閥連接經(jīng)(jing)過調(diào)(tiao)試(shi)安裝(zhuang)後(hou)。
SAMSON定位(wei)器也(ye)是調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)閥的主(zhu)要附件,通常(chang)與(yu)氣(qi)動(dòng)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)閥配套使用,它(ta)接受(shou)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)器的輸出(chu)信號(hào)(hao),然(ran)後(hou)以(yi)它(ta)的輸出(chu)信號(hào)(hao)去(qu)控(kong)制氣(qi)動(dòng)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)閥,當(dāng)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)閥動(dòng)作後(hou),閥桿(gan)的位(wei)移又(you)通過機(jī)械(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)反饋到(dao)閥門(men)定位(wei)器,閥位(wei)狀況(kuang)通過電(dian)信號(hào)(hao)傳(chuan)給上位(wei)系統(tǒng)(tong)。

定位(wei)器能(neng)夠(gou)增(zeng)大(da)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)閥的輸出(chu)功率(lv),減少(shao)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)信號(hào)的傳(chuan)遞滯(zhi)後(hou)的情(qing)況發(fā)(fa)生(sheng),加(jia)快(kuai)閥桿(gan)的移(yi)動(dòng)(dong)速度(du),能(neng)夠(gou)提(ti)高閥門(men)的線(xian)性(xing)度(du),克服(fu)閥桿(gan)的摩擦力(li)並(bing)消(xiao)除(chu)不平(ping)衡(heng)力的影(ying)響,從(cong)而保證(zheng)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)閥的正確定位(wei)。
定位(wei)器輸出(chu)和輸入(ru)信(xin)號(hào)的增(zeng)益(yi)符號(hào)分為正作用閥門(men)定位(wei)器和反(fan)作用閥門(men)定位(wei)器。正作用閥門(men)定位(wei)器的輸入(ru)信(xin)號(hào)增(zeng)加(jia)時(shí)(shi),輸出(chu)信號(hào)(hao)也(ye)增加(jia),因此,增(zeng)益為(wei)正。反作用閥門(men)定位(wei)器的輸入(ru)信(xin)號(hào)增(zeng)加(jia)時(shí)(shi),輸出(chu)信號(hào)(hao)減(jian)小,因此,增(zeng)益為(wei)負(fù)。
閥門(men)定位(wei)器輸入(ru)信(xin)號(hào)是模(mo)擬(ni)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)或(huo)數(shù)(shu)字(zi)信(xin)號(hào),可分為普(pu)通閥門(men)定位(wei)器和現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)總線(xian)電(dian)氣閥門(men)定位(wei)器。普(pu)通閥門(men)定位(wei)器的輸入(ru)信(xin)號(hào)是模(mo)擬(ni)氣(qi)壓(ya)或(huo)電(dian)流(liu)、電(dian)壓信(xin)號(hào)(hao),現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)總線(xian)電(dian)氣閥門(men)定位(wei)器的輸入(ru)信(xin)號(hào)是現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)總線(xian)的數(shù)(shu)字(zi)信(xin)號(hào)。
