1、檢(jian)查(zha)安裝(zhuang)孔的尺寸:如果安裝(zhuang)孔的尺寸不合(he)適(shi),傳(chuan)感器(qi)在安裝(zhuang)過(guò)(guo)程中,其螺紋部(bu)分(fen)就(jiu)很容易(yi)受(shou)到磨損。這(zhe)不(bu)僅(jin)會(huì)影(ying)響(xiang)設(shè)備(bei)的密封性(xing)能,而(er)且(qie)使(shi)德國(guó)(guo)IFM壓力變(bian)送(song)器(qi)不能充分(fen)發(fā)(fa)揮(hui)作用(yong),甚(shen)至(zhi)還(hai)可(ke)能產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)安全(quan)隱(yin)患(huan)。只有(you)合(he)適(shi)的安裝(zhuang)孔才能夠(gou)避免(mian)螺紋的磨損(螺紋工業(yè)(ye)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1/2-20 UNF 2B),通常(chang)可以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)安裝(zhuang)孔測(cè)(ce)量(liang)儀(yi)對(duì)安裝(zhuang)孔進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)測(cè)(ce),以(yi)做(zuo)出(chu)適(shi)當(dāng)(dang)的調(diào)(tiao)整。

3、選(xuan)擇(ze)恰(qia)當(dāng)?shù)奈恢?zhi):當(dāng)(dang)德國(guó)(guo)IFM壓力變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的安裝(zhuang)位置(zhi)太靠近生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)線的上(shang)遊(you)時(shí),未熔融的物(wu)料(liao)可(ke)能會(huì)磨損傳(chuan)感器(qi)的頂部(bu);如果傳(chuan)感器(qi)被(bei)安裝(zhuang)在太靠後的位置(zhi),在(zai)傳感器(qi)和(he)螺桿(gan)行(xing)程之間(jian)可(ke)能會(huì)產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)熔(rong)融物(wu)料(liao)的停(ting)滯(zhi)區(qū),熔(rong)料(liao)在(zai)那裏有(you)可(ke)能產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)降解,壓(ya)力信(xin)號(hào)(hao)也(ye)可(ke)能傳遞(di)失真;如果傳(chuan)感器(qi)過(guò)(guo)於深(shen)入(ru)機(jī)(ji)筒,螺桿(gan)有(you)可(ke)能在旋(xuan)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)(guo)程中觸碰(peng)到(dao)傳感器(qi)的頂部(bu)而(er)造成其(qi)損壞。壹(yi)般(ban)來(lái)說(shuō)(shuo),傳感器(qi)可以(yi)位於濾網(wǎng)前(qian)面(mian)的機(jī)(ji)筒上(shang)、熔體(ti)泵(beng)的前(qian)後或者模(mo)具(ju)中。
4、仔細(xì)(xi)清潔;在(zai)使(shi)用鋼絲刷或者特(te)殊(shu)化合(he)物(wu)對(duì)(dui)擠出機(jī)(ji)機(jī)(ji)筒進(jìn)行(xing)清(qing)潔前(qian),應(yīng)該(gai)將(jiang)所(suo)有的傳感器(qi)都拆卸下(xia)來(lái)。因?yàn)?wei)這(zhe)兩種清潔方(fang)式都可(ke)能會(huì)造成傳(chuan)感器(qi)的震動(dòng)膜(mo)受(shou)損。當(dāng)(dang)機(jī)(ji)筒被(bei)加(jia)熱(re)時(shí),也應(yīng)該(gai)將(jiang)傳感器(qi)拆卸下(xia)來(lái)並(bing)使(shi)用不會(huì)(hui)產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)磨損的軟(ruan)布(bu)來(lái)擦(ca)拭(shi)其(qi)頂部(bu),同(tong)時(shí)傳感器(qi)的孔洞(dong)也(ye)需要用清潔的鉆孔機(jī)(ji)和(he)導(dǎo)套清理(li)幹凈(jing)。
