工(gong)作頻(pin)率壹(yi)般(ban)為(wei)23-25KHZ及(ji)40-45KHZ。這(zhe)類傳感器(qi)適(shi)用(yong)於(yu)測距、遙(yao)控(kong)、防盜(dao)等(deng)用(yong)途(tu)。超(chao)聲波(bo)應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)有(you)三種(zhong)基(ji)本(ben)類(lei)型,如透射(she)型(xing)用(yong)於(yu)遙(yao)控(kong)器(qi),防盜(dao)報警(jing)器(qi)、自(zi)動(dong)門、接近開關(guān)(guan)等;分離(li)式反(fan)射(she)型用(yong)於(yu)測距、液(ye)位或料(liao)位;反(fan)射(she)型用(yong)於(yu)材(cai)料(liao)探(tan)傷(shang)、測厚等(deng)。

(1)工(gong)作頻(pin)率。工(gong)作頻(pin)率就(jiu)是(shi)壓(ya)電晶片(pian)的共振(zhen)頻(pin)率。當(dāng)(dang)加到(dao)它(ta)兩端的交流(liu)電壓(ya)的頻(pin)率和晶片(pian)的共振(zhen)頻(pin)率相(xiang)等(deng)時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)的能(neng)量zui大(da),靈敏(min)度也(ye)zui高。
(2)工(gong)作溫度。由於壓(ya)電材料(liao)的居(ju)裏點(dian)壹(yi)般(ban)比(bi)較高,特(te)別(bie)時(shi)診(zhen)斷(duan)用(yong)超(chao)聲波(bo)探(tan)頭使用(yong)功(gong)率(lv)較小,所以工(gong)作溫度比(bi)較低,可以(yi)長(chang)時間(jian)地(di)工(gong)作而不(bu)產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)失效。醫(yī)療(liao)用(yong)的超(chao)聲探(tan)頭的溫度比(bi)較高,需要單(dan)獨(du)的制冷設(shè)備(bei)。
(3)靈敏(min)度。主要(yao)取決(jue)於制(zhi)造晶片(pian)本(ben)身(shen)。機電耦合系數(shù)大,靈敏(min)度高;反(fan)之(zhi),靈敏(min)度低。
