1、德國(guo)HYDAC溫(wen)度傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)安裝(zhuang)不(bu)當(dāng)引入的(de)誤(wu)差
如(ru)熱電(dian)偶安裝(zhuang)的(de)位置(zhi)及插入深(shen)度不(bu)能(neng)反(fan)映爐(lu)膛(tang)的真實(shí)(shi)溫(wen)度等(deng),換(huan)句話說(shuo),熱電(dian)偶不應(yīng)(ying)裝(zhuang)在太(tai)靠(kao)近門和(he)加(jia)熱的地方(fang),插入的(de)深(shen)度至少(shao)應(yīng)(ying)為保(bao)護(hù)(hu)管(guan)直(zhi)徑(jing)的(de)8~10倍(bei);熱電(dian)偶的保(bao)護(hù)(hu)套(tao)管(guan)與(yu)壁(bi)間(jian)的(de)間(jian)隔未填絕熱物(wu)質(zhì)致(zhi)使(shi)爐內(nèi)熱溢(yi)出或(huo)冷空氣侵(qin)入,因此熱電(dian)偶保(bao)護(hù)(hu)管(guan)和(he)爐壁(bi)孔(kong)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)空隙(xi)應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)耐火泥(ni)或(huo)石棉繩等(deng)絕(jue)熱物(wu)質(zhì)堵塞(sai)以(yi)免(mian)冷熱空氣對(duì)(dui)流而(er)影響(xiang)測(cè)(ce)溫(wen)的(de)準(zhǔn)(zhun)確性;熱電(dian)偶冷端太靠(kao)近爐體(ti)使(shi)溫(wen)度超過100℃;熱電(dian)偶的安(an)裝(zhuang)應(yīng)(ying)盡(jin)可(ke)能避(bi)開(kai)強(qiáng)(qiang)磁(ci)場(chǎng)(chang)和(he)強(qiáng)(qiang)電(dian)場(chǎng),所(suo)以(yi)不(bu)應(yīng)(ying)把(ba)熱電(dian)偶和(he)動(dòng)(dong)力(li)電(dian)纜線(xian)裝(zhuang)在同(tong)壹(yi)根(gen)導(dǎo)管(guan)內(nèi)(nei)以(yi)免(mian)引入幹(gan)擾造成(cheng)誤差;熱電(dian)偶不能(neng)安裝(zhuang)在被(bei)測(cè)(ce)介質(zhì)(zhi)很(hen)少(shao)流(liu)動(dòng)(dong)的(de)區(qū)(qu)域內(nèi),當(dāng)用熱電(dian)偶測(cè)(ce)量管內(nèi)(nei)氣體(ti)溫(wen)度時(shí)(shi),必須使(shi)熱電(dian)偶逆著(zhe)流速(su)方向(xiang)安裝(zhuang),而(er)且充(chong)分(fen)與(yu)氣(qi)體(ti)接觸。
2、德國(guo)HYDAC溫(wen)度傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)絕緣變(bian)差而(er)引入的(de)誤(wu)差
如(ru)熱電(dian)偶絕緣了,保(bao)護(hù)(hu)管(guan)和(he)拉線(xian)板(ban)汙(wu)垢或(huo)鹽渣(zha)過(guo)多(duo)致(zhi)使(shi)熱電(dian)偶極(ji)間(jian)與(yu)爐(lu)壁(bi)間(jian)絕(jue)緣不(bu)良(liang),在高(gao)溫(wen)下更(geng)為嚴(yán)重(zhong),這(zhe)不(bu)僅(jin)會(huì)引起熱電(dian)勢(shì)的損耗而且還(hai)會(huì)引入幹(gan)擾,由此(ci)引起的誤(wu)差有時(shí)可(ke)達(dá)(da)上百(bai)。
3、德國(guo)HYDAC溫(wen)度傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)熱惰性引入的(de)誤(wu)差
由於熱電(dian)偶的熱惰性使(shi)儀表的指示(shi)值(zhi)落(luo)後(hou)於被測(cè)(ce)溫(wen)度的(de)變(bian)化(hua),在進(jìn)行快(kuai)速(su)測(cè)(ce)量時(shí)這(zhe)種(zhong)影響(xiang)尤為突出(chu)。所(suo)以(yi)應(yīng)(ying)盡(jin)可(ke)能采(cai)用(yong)熱電(dian)極(ji)較細(xì)、保(bao)護(hù)(hu)管(guan)直(zhi)徑(jing)較(jiao)小(xiao)的(de)熱電(dian)偶。測(cè)(ce)溫(wen)環(huán)(huan)境許可(ke)時(shí),甚(shen)至可(ke)將保(bao)護(hù)(hu)管(guan)取去。由於存在測(cè)(ce)量滯後(hou),用(yong)熱電(dian)偶檢測(cè)(ce)出的(de)溫(wen)度波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)的(de)振幅較爐(lu)溫(wen)波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)的(de)振幅小。測(cè)(ce)量滯後(hou)越大,熱電(dian)偶波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)的(de)振幅就越小,與(yu)實(shí)(shi)際爐溫(wen)的(de)差別(bie)也就越大。當(dāng)用時(shí)(shi)間(jian)常數(shù)大的(de)熱電(dian)偶測(cè)(ce)溫(wen)或(huo)控(kong)溫(wen)時(shí)(shi),儀(yi)表顯示的(de)溫(wen)度雖(sui)然波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)很(hen)小(xiao),但(dan)實(shí)際爐(lu)溫(wen)的(de)波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)可(ke)能(neng)很(hen)大(da)。為了準(zhǔn)確(que)的測(cè)(ce)量溫(wen)度,應(yīng)(ying)當(dāng)選擇時(shí)間(jian)常數(shù)小的(de)熱電(dian)偶。時(shí)間(jian)常數(shù)與(yu)傳(chuan)熱系數(shù)成反(fan)比,與(yu)熱電(dian)偶熱端的直徑(jing)、材(cai)料(liao)的(de)密(mi)度及(ji)比熱成正比,如(ru)要(yao)減小時(shí)(shi)間(jian)常數(shù),除增(zeng)加(jia)傳(chuan)熱系數(shù)以(yi)外(wai),有效的(de)辦(ban)法是(shi)盡(jin)量減小熱端的尺寸。使(shi)用中(zhong),通(tong)常采(cai)用(yong)導(dǎo)熱性能好(hao)的材(cai)料(liao),管(guan)壁(bi)薄(bo)、內(nèi)徑(jing)小(xiao)的(de)保(bao)護(hù)(hu)套(tao)管(guan)。在較(jiao)精密(mi)的溫(wen)度測(cè)(ce)量中(zhong),使(shi)用無保(bao)護(hù)(hu)套(tao)管(guan)的裸絲熱電(dian)偶,但(dan)熱電(dian)偶容易(yi)損壞(huai),應(yīng)(ying)及(ji)時(shí)校正及更(geng)換(huan)。
4、德國(guo)HYDAC溫(wen)度傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)熱阻誤差
高(gao)溫(wen)時(shí)(shi),如(ru)保(bao)護(hù)(hu)管(guan)上(shang)有壹(yi)層煤灰,塵(chen)埃附(fu)在上(shang)面(mian),則熱阻增加(jia),阻(zu)礙熱的傳導(dǎo),這(zhe)時(shí)(shi)溫(wen)度示(shi)值(zhi)比被測(cè)(ce)溫(wen)度的(de)真值(zhi)低(di)。因此,應(yīng)(ying)保(bao)持(chi)熱電(dian)偶保(bao)護(hù)(hu)管(guan)外(wai)部(bu)的清(qing)潔,以(yi)減小誤(wu)差。
