德國(guó)(guo)KUBLER編(bian)碼器由壹(yi)個(gè)中(zhong)心(xin)有軸的光(guang)電(dian)碼(ma)盤(pán)(pan),其(qi)上(shang)有(you)環(huán)(huan)形通(tong)、暗的刻線(xian),有光(guang)電發(fā)(fa)射和接(jie)收(shou)器件(jian)讀取(qu),獲(huo)得(de)四組正(zheng)弦(xian)波(bo)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)組合成(cheng)A、B、C、D,每(mei)個(gè)正(zheng)弦(xian)波(bo)相差90度(du)相位差(相對(duì)於壹個(gè)周(zhou)波為(wei)360度),將(jiang)C、D信號(hào)(hao)反(fan)向,疊(die)加(jia)在A、B兩相上(shang),可增(zeng)強(qiáng)穩(wěn)定(ding)信(xin)號(hào)(hao);另每(mei)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)輸出壹個(gè)Z相脈(mai)沖以代表(biao)零位參(can)考(kao)位。
由於(yu)A、B兩相相差90度(du),可通(tong)過(guò)比較(jiao)A相在前(qian)還(hai)是B相在前(qian),以判別(bie)編(bian)碼器的正(zheng)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)與(yu)反(fan)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan),通(tong)過(guò)零位脈(mai)沖,可獲得(de)編(bian)碼器的零位參(can)考(kao)位。編(bian)碼器碼(ma)盤(pán)(pan)的材(cai)料有(you)玻(bo)璃(li)、金(jin)屬(shu)、塑(su)料,玻璃(li)碼(ma)盤(pán)(pan)是在玻(bo)璃(li)上(shang)沈(chen)積(ji)很薄的刻線(xian),其(qi)熱(re)穩(wěn)定(ding)性好(hao),精(jing)度(du)高,金(jin)屬(shu)碼盤(pán)(pan)直(zhi)接(jie)以通(tong)和不(bu)通(tong)刻線(xian),不易(yi)碎(sui),但由於(yu)金(jin)屬(shu)有壹(yi)定(ding)的厚度,精(jing)度(du)就(jiu)有(you)限(xian)制(zhi),其(qi)熱(re)穩(wěn)定(ding)性就(jiu)要(yao)比玻璃(li)的差壹(yi)個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)(ji),塑(su)料碼盤(pán)(pan)是經(jīng)(jing)濟(jì)(ji)型的,其(qi)成(cheng)本低(di),但(dan)精度(du)、熱(re)穩(wěn)定(ding)性、壽(shou)命(ming)均(jun)要差壹(yi)些(xie)。
分(fen)辨率(lv)—編(bian)碼器以每(mei)旋(xuan)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)360度(du)提(ti)供(gong)多(duo)少的通(tong)或暗刻線(xian)稱(chēng)(cheng)為分(fen)辨率(lv),也稱(chēng)(cheng)解析分(fen)度、或(huo)直(zhi)接(jie)稱(chēng)(cheng)多少線(xian),壹般(ban)在每(mei)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)分(fen)度5~10000線(xian)。
德國(guó)(guo)KUBLER編(bian)碼器信(xin)號(hào)(hao)輸出有正(zheng)弦(xian)波(bo)(電(dian)流(liu)或電壓),方波(TTL、HTL),集(ji)電極開(kāi)路(PNP、NPN),推拉式多(duo)種形式,其(qi)中(zhong)TTL為(wei)長(zhǎng)線(xian)差分(fen)驅(qū)動(dòng)(對(duì)稱(chēng)(cheng)A,A-;B,B-;Z,Z-),HTL也稱(chēng)(cheng)推拉式、推挽式輸出,編(bian)碼器的信(xin)號(hào)(hao)接(jie)收(shou)設(shè)(she)備接(jie)口應(yīng)與(yu)編(bian)碼器對(duì)應(yīng)。
信(xin)號(hào)(hao)連(lian)接(jie)—編(bian)碼器的脈(mai)沖信號(hào)(hao)壹(yi)般(ban)連(lian)接(jie)計(jì)(ji)數(shù)器、PLC、計(jì)(ji)算(suan)機(jī)(ji),PLC和計(jì)算(suan)機(jī)(ji)連接(jie)的模(mo)塊(kuai)有(you)低(di)速(su)模(mo)塊(kuai)與(yu)高速模(mo)塊(kuai)之分(fen),開(kāi)關(guān)頻率(lv)有低(di)有(you)高。
如單相聯(lián)接(jie),用(yong)於(yu)單(dan)方向計(jì)數(shù),單方向測(cè)(ce)速。
A.B兩相聯(lián)接(jie),用(yong)於(yu)正(zheng)反(fan)向計(jì)數(shù)、判斷正(zheng)反(fan)向和測(cè)(ce)速。
A、B、Z三相聯(lián)接(jie),用(yong)於(yu)帶(dai)參(can)考(kao)位修(xiu)正(zheng)的位置測(cè)(ce)量。
A、A-,B、B-,Z、Z-連接(jie),由於(yu)帶(dai)有(you)對(duì)稱(chēng)(cheng)負(fù)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的連(lian)接(jie),電(dian)流(liu)對(duì)於電纜貢(gong)獻(xiàn)的電(dian)磁場(chǎng)為(wei)0,衰(shuai)減(jian)最(zui)小(xiao),抗(kang)幹?jǐn)_(rao)優(yōu)良(liang),可傳(chuan)輸較(jiao)遠(yuǎn)的距(ju)離(li)。
對(duì)於TTL的帶(dai)有(you)對(duì)稱(chēng)(cheng)負(fù)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)輸出的編(bian)碼器,信(xin)號(hào)(hao)傳(chuan)輸距(ju)離(li)可達(dá)150米。
對(duì)於HTL的帶(dai)有(you)對(duì)稱(chēng)(cheng)負(fù)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)輸出的編(bian)碼器,信(xin)號(hào)(hao)傳(chuan)輸距(ju)離(li)可達(dá)300米。
德國(guó)(guo)KUBLER編(bian)碼器有(you)5條(tiao)引線(xian),其(qi)中(zhong)3條(tiao)是脈(mai)沖輸出線(xian),1條是COM端(duan)線(xian),1條是電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)(OC門(mén)(men)輸出型)。編(bian)碼器的電(dian)源(yuan)可以是外接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan),也可直(zhi)接(jie)使(shi)用(yong)PLC的DC24V電(dian)源(yuan)。電源(yuan)“-"端(duan)要與(yu)編(bian)碼器的COM端(duan)連接(jie),“+ "與(yu)編(bian)碼器的電(dian)源(yuan)端(duan)連接(jie)。編(bian)碼器的COM端(duan)與(yu)PLC輸入COM端(duan)連接(jie),A、B、Z兩相脈(mai)沖輸出線(xian)直(zhi)接(jie)與(yu)PLC的輸入端(duan)連接(jie),A、B為(wei)相差90度(du)的脈(mai)沖,Z相信(xin)號(hào)(hao)在編(bian)碼器旋(xuan)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)壹(yi)圈(quan)只(zhi)有(you)壹(yi)個(gè)脈(mai)沖,通(tong)常(chang)用(yong)來(lái)(lai)做(zuo)零點(diǎn)(dian)的依(yi)據(jù)(ju),連(lian)接(jie)時(shí)(shi)要(yao)註(zhu)意(yi)PLC輸入的響(xiang)應(yīng)時(shí)(shi)間(jian)。旋(xuan)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)編(bian)碼器還(hai)有(you)壹條(tiao)屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian),使用(yong)時(shí)(shi)要(yao)將(jiang)屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian)接(jie)地(di),提(ti)高抗(kang)幹?jǐn)_(rao)性。

德國(guó)(guo)KUBLER編(bian)碼器是將(jiang)信號(hào)(hao)(如比特(te)流)或(huo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行編(bian)制、轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)為(wei)可用(yong)以通(tong)訊(xun)、傳(chuan)輸和存儲(chǔ)(chu)的信(xin)號(hào)(hao)形(xing)式的設(shè)(she)備。編(bian)碼器把(ba)角(jiao)位移或直(zhi)線(xian)位移轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)成(cheng)電信(xin)號(hào)(hao),前(qian)者(zhe)稱(chēng)(cheng)為碼(ma)盤(pán)(pan),後(hou)者(zhe)稱(chēng)(cheng)為碼(ma)尺。按照(zhao)讀出方式編(bian)碼器可以分(fen)為接(jie)觸式和(he)非接(jie)觸式兩種(zhong);按照(zhao)工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)編(bian)碼器可分(fen)為增(zeng)量式和(he)絕對(duì)式兩類(lèi)。
