使用TA2105型(xing)德(de)國(guo)IFM溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)應(yīng)註意(yi)事(shi)項:
德國IFM溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的(de)供(gong)電(dian)電(dian)源不得有(you)尖峰,否則容易損(sun)壞變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的(de)校(xiao)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)在加電(dian)5分鐘後進(jìn)行(xing),並(bing)且(qie)要註意(yi)當(dāng)(dang)時(shi)環(huán)境(jing)溫度(du)。測(ce)高溫(wen)時(shi)(>>100℃)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)腔(qiang)與(yu)接(jie)線盒(he)間應(yīng)用填充材(cai)料隔離,防(fang)止接(jie)線盒(he)溫度(du)過(guo)高燒(shao)壞變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。在幹?jǐn)_(rao)嚴(yán)(yan)重(zhong)的情況(kuang)下(xia)使用傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),外(wai)殼應(yīng)牢固(gu)接地(di)避(bi)免幹(gan)擾(rao),電(dian)源及信(xin)號輸出應(yīng)采(cai)用Ф10屏(ping)蔽(bi)電(dian)纜傳(chuan)輸,壓(ya)線螺(luo)母應(yīng)旋緊(jin)以(yi)保證氣(qi)密性(xing)。只有(you)德(de)國(guo)IFM溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)有(you)0~10mA輸出,為三(san)線制,在量程值的5%以(yi)下(xia),由(you)於三(san)極管(guan)的(de)關(guān)(guan)斷(duan)特性(xing)造(zao)成不(bu)線性(xing)。溫度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)每(mei)6個(ge)月(yue)應(yīng)校(xiao)準(zhǔn)壹(yi)次,如果(guo)DWB因受電(dian)路(lu)限制不能進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)線性(xing)修正(zheng),最好(hao)按(an)說明(ming)選擇(ze)量程以(yi)保證其線性(xing)。
數(shù)(shu)據(jù)(ju)顯示不準(zhǔn)的原(yuan)因(yin)
1.線路(lu)長(chang),信號衰減;
2.線路(lu)阻(zu)抗不(bu)匹配(pei);
3.信號受幹?jǐn)_(rao),沒(mei)有(you)屏(ping)蔽(bi);
壹(yi)體(ti)化(hua)熱(re)電(dian)阻德(de)國IFM溫度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)是(shi)體(ti)積(ji)比較小(xiao)的、可(ke)以(yi)安(an)裝(zhuang)到(dao)熱(re)電(dian)阻的(de)接線盒(he)內(nèi)的溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。壹(yi)體(ti)化(hua)溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)壹(yi)般由(you)測(ce)溫(wen)探(tan)頭(熱電(dian)偶或熱電(dian)阻傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi))和(he)兩(liang)線制固(gu)體(ti)電(dian)子(zi)單(dan)元(yuan)組(zu)成(cheng)。采(cai)用固(gu)體(ti)模(mo)塊(kuai)形(xing)式(shi)將測(ce)溫(wen)探(tan)頭直接(jie)安(an)裝(zhuang)在接線盒(he)內(nèi),從而(er)形(xing)成壹(yi)體(ti)化(hua)的(de)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。壹(yi)體(ti)化(hua)溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)壹(yi)般分為熱電(dian)阻和(he)熱電(dian)偶型(xing)兩(liang)種類型(xing)。
熱(re)電(dian)阻德(de)國IFM溫度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)是(shi)由(you)基準(zhǔn)單元(yuan)、R/V轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)單元(yuan)、線性(xing)電(dian)路(lu)、反接保護(hù)(hu)、限流保護(hù)(hu)、V/I轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)單元(yuan)等組(zu)成(cheng)。測(ce)溫(wen)熱(re)電(dian)阻信(xin)號轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)放大後,再(zai)由(you)線性(xing)電(dian)路(lu)對(dui)溫度(du)與(yu)電(dian)阻的(de)非(fei)線性(xing)關(guān)(guan)系(xi)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)補(bǔ)(bu)償(chang),經(jīng)(jing)V/I轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)電(dian)路(lu)後輸出壹(yi)個(ge)與被(bei)測(ce)溫(wen)度(du)成(cheng)線性(xing)關(guān)(guan)系(xi)的(de)4~20mA的(de)恒流信號。
熱電(dian)偶溫度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)壹(yi)般由(you)基準(zhǔn)源、冷(leng)端補(bǔ)(bu)償(chang)、放(fang)大單元(yuan)、線性(xing)化(hua)處(chu)理、V/I轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)、斷偶處理、反接保護(hù)(hu)、限流保護(hù)(hu)等電(dian)路(lu)單(dan)元(yuan)組(zu)成(cheng)。它是(shi)將熱電(dian)偶產(chǎn)生的熱電(dian)勢經(jīng)(jing)冷(leng)端補(bǔ)(bu)償(chang)放(fang)大後,再(zai)帽由(you)線性(xing)電(dian)路(lu)消除熱電(dian)勢與(yu)溫度(du)的(de)非(fei)線性(xing)誤(wu)差,最後放大轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)為4~20mA電(dian)流輸出信(xin)號。為防(fang)止熱(re)電(dian)偶測(ce)量(liang)中(zhong)由(you)於電(dian)偶斷絲而(er)使控(kong)溫(wen)失(shi)效(xiao)造(zao)成事(shi)故,變(bian)送(song)器(qi)中(zhong)還(hai)設(shè)有(you)斷(duan)電(dian)保護(hù)(hu)電(dian)路(lu)。當(dāng)(dang)熱(re)電(dian)偶斷絲或(huo)接解(jie)不良(liang)時,變(bian)送(song)器(qi)會輸出最大值(28mA)以(yi)使儀表(biao)切斷電(dian)源。
壹(yi)體(ti)化(hua)德(de)國(guo)IFM溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)具(ju)有(you)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jian)單、節(jié)省(sheng)引(yin)線、輸出信(xin)號大、抗幹(gan)擾(rao)能力(li)強(qiáng)(qiang)、線性(xing)好(hao)、顯示(shi)儀表(biao)簡(jian)單、固(gu)體(ti)模(mo)塊(kuai)抗震(zhen)防(fang)潮(chao)、有(you)反接保護(hù)(hu)和限流保護(hù)(hu)、工(gong)作(zuo)可(ke)靠(kao)等優(yōu)(you)點(dian)。
壹(yi)體(ti)化(hua)德(de)國(guo)IFM溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的(de)輸出為統(tǒng)壹(yi)的(de)4~20mA信(xin)號;可與(yu)微(wei)機(jī)(ji)系(xi)統(tǒng)或其它常(chang)規(guī)儀表(biao)匹配(pei)使用。也(ye)可應(yīng)用戶(hu)要求(qiu)做(zuo)成(cheng)防(fang)爆(bao)型(xing)或(huo)防(fang)火(huo)型(xing)測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)。
德國(guo)IFM溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)是(shi)將溫度(du)變(bian)量轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)為可傳(chuan)送(song)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化(hua)輸出信(xin)號的儀表(biao)。采(cai)用熱(re)電(dian)偶、熱電(dian)阻作(zuo)為測(ce)溫(wen)元(yuan)件,從(cong)測(ce)溫(wen)元(yuan)件輸出信(xin)號送(song)到變(bian)送(song)器(qi)模(mo)塊(kuai),經(jīng)(jing)過穩(wěn)壓(ya)濾(lv)波(bo)、運(yun)算(suan)放(fang)大、非(fei)線性(xing)校(xiao)正、V/I轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)、恒流及反向(xiang)保護(hù)(hu)等電(dian)路(lu)處(chu)理後,轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)換(huan)成與(yu)溫度(du)成(cheng)線性(xing)關(guān)(guan)系(xi)的(de)4~20mA電(dian)流信號0-5V/0-10V電(dian)壓(ya)信(xin)號,RS485數(shù)(shu)字(zi)信(xin)號輸出。
