如(ru)何(he)使用(yong)維護(hù)44-1862-24V型美國TESCOM調(diào)節(jié)(jie)器(qi):
美國TESCOM調(diào)節(jié)(jie)器(qi)在使用(yong)過(guo)程(cheng)中壹般不允許拆(chai)卸護(hù)蓋(gai),正常(chang)情況是(shi)每工作(zuo)200h左(zuo)右進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)壹次(ci)全(quan)面檢查和維護(hù),其(qi)內(nèi)容(rong)如(ru)下:
1、拆(chai)下護(hù)(hu)殼(ke),檢查觸點(diǎn)(dian)表面(mian)有(you)無(wu)汙物(wu)和燒損。若(ruo)有(you)汙物(wu),可用(yong)較幹凈(jing)的(de)紙(zhi)擦拭觸點(diǎn)(dian)表面(mian)。若觸點(diǎn)(dian)出(chu)現(xiàn)(xian)燒蝕(shi)或(huo)平面不(bu)平而導(dǎo)(dao)致接(jie)觸不良,壹般用(yong)“00"號砂(sha)紙(zhi)或(huo)砂(sha)條(tiao)將其(qi)磨平,最後再用(yong)幹凈(jing)的(de)紙(zhi)擦凈(jing)。
2、檢查各(ge)個(ge)接頭(tou)的牢(lao)固程(cheng)度,測量電(dian)阻(zu)和各個線(xian)圈(quan)的(de)電阻(zu)值(zhi)。若(ruo)有(you)損壞(huai),應(yīng)及(ji)時(shí)(shi)修(xiu)復(fù)(fu)或(huo)更換(huan)新件(jian)。
3、檢驗(yàn)(yan)斷(duan)流器的(de)閉(bi)合(he)電(dian)壓和逆電流、節(jié)壓器(qi)的(de)限額(e)電(dian)壓、節(jié)(jie)流器的(de)限額(e)電(dian)流以(yi)及(ji)各(ge)種(zhong)觸點(diǎn)(dian)的間(jian)隙(xi)和氣隙(xi)。若(ruo)不(bu)符(fu)合(he)要(yao)求,應(yīng)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)調(diào)(tiao)整。
4、檢查調(diào)(tiao)整後的(de)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)器,在起動(dong)柴(chai)油機(jī)時(shí)(shi)要(yao)註(zhu)意(yi)觀(guan)察(cha)充電電(dian)流表指(zhi)針的(de)指(zhi)示(shi)。若柴(chai)油機(jī)以(yi)中等以(yi)上轉(zhuǎn)速(su)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)電流表的(de)指(zhi)針仍(reng)指(zhi)向“-"壹邊(bian),這(zhe)說(shuo)明斷(duan)流器的(de)觸點(diǎn)(dian)未(wei)斷開(kai),應(yīng)迅(xun)速(su)斷(duan)開接地開關(guān);否(fou)則,會(hui)損壞(huai)蓄電(dian)池(chi)、調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)器和充電發(fā)(fa)電機(jī)(ji)等。若柴(chai)油機(jī)起(qi)動(dong)至(zhi)額(e)定(ding)轉(zhuǎn)速(su)後電(dian)流表的(de)指(zhi)針仍(reng)指(zhi)向“0"處(chu),說(shuo)明的(de)調(diào)整時(shí)(shi)未(wei)按技(ji)術(shù)要求(qiu)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)調(diào)(tiao)整,應(yīng)(ying)重(zhong)新進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)檢查和調(diào)整。
美國TESCOM調(diào)節(jié)(jie)器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li):
用(yong)壹節(jié)幹電池與蓄電池(chi)、電(dian)流表串聯(lián)(lian)起(qi)來,接在調(diào)理(li)器(qi)的(de)蓄(xu)電池接線(xian)柱上。啟動(dong)發(fā)(fa)電(dian)機(jī)(ji)並(bing)逐步升(sheng)高轉(zhuǎn)速(su),在截流器觸點(diǎn)(dian)閉應(yīng)(ying)時(shí)察(cha)看遷(qian)延機(jī)上電流表指(zhi)針。若(ruo)電(dian)流表指(zhi)針向“+"偏(pian)向擺(bai)動(dong),透露(lu)表(biao)現(xiàn)(xian)閉合(he)電(dian)壓高,應(yīng)(ying)該(gai)削(xue)弱(ruo)彈簧拉力(li);若電(dian)流表指(zhi)針向“-"偏(pian)向擺(bai)動(dong),則透露(lu)表(biao)現(xiàn)(xian)閉合(he)電(dian)壓低,應(yīng)該(gai)增(zeng)大(da)彈簧拉力(li)。就(jiu)如(ru)許重復(fù)(fu)調(diào)(tiao)整,直(zhi)到(dao)截流器觸點(diǎn)(dian)閉應(yīng)(ying)時(shí)電(dian)流表指(zhi)針簡直(zhi)不擺動(dong),則透露(lu)表(biao)現(xiàn)(xian)閉合(he)電(dian)壓適(shi)宜。
