用(yong)於(yu)安全保(bao)護(hù)時(shí)(shi),將德(de)國HYDAC壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器設(shè)置(zhi)在夾(jia)緊(jin)液壓(ya)缸的壹端(duan),液(ye)壓(ya)泵啟動(dòng)後,首先將工(gong)件夾緊(jin),此(ci)時(shí)(shi)夾緊(jin)液壓(ya)缸的右腔(qiang)壓(ya)力升高(gao),當(dāng)(dang)升高(gao)到(dao)壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器的調(diào)(tiao)定(ding)值時(shí)(shi),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器動(dòng)作,發(fā)(fa)出電(dian)信(xin)號使(shi)2YA通(tong)電(dian),於(yu)是(shi)切削液(ye)壓(ya)缸進(jìn)(jin)刀切削。在加工期(qi)間(jian),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器微動(dòng)開(kai)關(guān)(guan)的常開(kai)觸(chu)點(diǎn)始終(zhong)閉(bi)合。若(ruo)工(gong)件沒(mei)有(you)夾緊(jin),德(de)國HYDAC壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器2斷開(kai),於(yu)是(shi)2YA斷(duan)電(dian),切削液(ye)壓(ya)缸立(li)即(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)進(jìn)(jin)刀,從而避免工(gong)件(jian)未夾緊(jin)被切削而出事(shi)故。
其(qi)實(shí)(shi)用(yong)於(yu)控制執(zhí)行元件(jian)的順(shun)序動(dòng)作時(shí)(shi),液壓(ya)泵啟動(dòng)後,首先2YA通電(dian),液壓(ya)缸左腔(qiang)進(jìn)(jin)油(you),推(tui)動(dòng)活(huo)塞(sai)方(fang)向(xiang)右移(yi)。當(dāng)(dang)碰(peng)到(dao)限(xian)位器(或(huo)死(si)擋(dang)鐵(tie))後(hou),系(xi)統(tǒng)壓(ya)力升高(gao),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器發(fā)出電(dian)信(xin)號,使(shi)1YA通(tong)電(dian),高(gao)壓(ya)油(you)進(jìn)(jin)入液壓(ya)缸的左(zuo)腔(qiang),推(tui)動(dòng)活(huo)塞(sai)右移(yi)。這時(shí)(shi)若3YA也(ye)通電(dian),液壓(ya)缸的活(huo)塞(sai)快(kuai)速右移(yi);若3YA斷(duan)電(dian),則(ze)液壓(ya)缸的活(huo)塞(sai)慢速右移(yi),其(qi)慢速運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)速度由節(jié)流(liu)閥調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)。
再(zai)次用(yong)於(yu)液壓(ya)泵卸(xie)荷(he)時(shí)(shi),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器不(bu)是(shi)控(kong)制液壓(ya)泵停(ting)止(zhi)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)動(dòng),而是(shi)控(kong)制二(er)位二(er)通電(dian)磁閥(fa),將液(ye)壓(ya)泵5輸(shu)出的壓(ya)力油(you)流(liu)回油(you)箱(xiang),使(shi)其(qi)卸(xie)荷(he)。
最(zui)後(hou)用(yong)於(yu)液壓(ya)泵的啟閉(bi)時(shí)(shi),有兩(liang)個(gè)液(ye)壓(ya)泵,高(gao)壓(ya)小流(liu)量泵(beng),低壓(ya)大(da)流(liu)量泵(beng)。當(dāng)(dang)活(huo)塞(sai)快(kuai)速下(xia)降(jiang)時(shí)(shi),兩泵(beng)同時(shí)(shi)輸(shu)出壓(ya)力油(you)。當(dāng)(dang)液壓(ya)缸活(huo)塞(sai)桿抵(di)住工(gong)件(jian)開(kai)始加壓(ya)時(shí)(shi),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器在壓(ya)力油(you)作用(yong)下發(fā)(fa)出動(dòng)作,觸(chu)動(dòng)微動(dòng)開(kai)關(guān)(guan),將常閉(bi)觸(chu)點(diǎn)斷開(kai),使(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)泵停(ting)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)。在加工過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)減慢液壓(ya)缸的速度,同時(shí)(shi)減少(shao)動(dòng)力消(xiao)耗。

註意(yi): 壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器必須(xu)放在壓(ya)力有明(ming)顯變(bian)化的(de)地(di)方(fang)才能輸(shu)出電(dian)信(xin)號。若將壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器放在回(hui)油(you)路(lu)上,由於(yu)回油(you)路(lu)直接(jie)接回(hui)油(you)箱(xiang),壓(ya)力也沒(mei)有(you)變(bian)化,所(suo)以(yi)壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器也不(bu)會(huì)(hui)工作。
