PARKER派克(ke)比例(li)換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)為了確保PARKER派克(ke)比例(li)換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)能在必(bi)要(yao)時(shí)(shi)介(jie)入制(zhi)動(dòng)回(hui)路(lu),需(xu)對(duì)(dui)扭(niu)桿(gan)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)調(diào)整。但(dan)應(yīng)(ying)註(zhu)意:液壓(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)有壓(ya)力時(shí),不(bu)可(ke)對(duì)(dui)拉(la)桿進(jìn)行(xing)調(diào)(tiao)整;檢(jian)查(zha)應(yīng)(ying)在緩慢(man)的升(sheng)壓(ya)過(guò)程(cheng)中(zhong)進(jìn)行(xing);檢(jian)查(zha)感(gan)載(zai)比(bi)例(li)閥(fa)時(shí),制(zhi)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)(tong)的(de)所有(you)其它(ta)零(ling)件都(dou)應(yīng)(ying)處(chu)於(yu)完好(hao)狀(zhuang)態(tài)(tai)。在對(duì)(dui)汽(qi)車(che)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)改裝(zhuang)時(shí),若更(geng)換(huan)了鋼板(ban)彈(dan)簧(huang),則應(yīng)(ying)同(tong)時(shí)(shi)更(geng)換(huan)說(shuō)明牌,並(bing)對(duì)(dui)其(qi)上(shang)數(shù)(shu)據(jù)(ju)做(zuo)相(xiang)應(yīng)(ying)的(de)修正(zheng)。PARKER派克(ke)比例(li)換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)拉(la)力彈(dan)簧(huang)6右端(duan)經(jīng)(jing)吊耳(er)與(yu)搖(yao)臂(bi)7相(xiang)連而(er)搖(yao)臂(bi)則(ze)夾緊(jin)在汽(qi)車(che)後懸架的橫向(xiang)穩(wěn)(wen)定桿8的(de)中(zhong)部。當(dāng)(dang)汽(qi)車(che)裝(zhuang)載(zai)量(liang)增加(jia)時(shí),後懸架載(zai)荷(he)也增加(jia),因(yin)而(er)後輪(lun)向(xiang)車(che)身(shen)移(yi)近(jin)後懸架的橫向(xiang)穩(wěn)(wen)定抨便(bian)帶(dai)動(dòng)搖(yao)臂(bi)7轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)(guo)壹個(gè)(ge)角度(du),將彈(dan)簧(huang)6進(jìn)壹步(bu)拉(la)伸,作用(yong)於(yu)活(huo)塞(sai)上(shang)的(de)推(tui)力F便(bian)增大(da)。反之,汽(qi)車(che)裝(zhuang)載(zai)量(liang)減(jian)小(xiao)。美國(guó)派克(ke)PARKER換向(xiang)閥(fa)的常(chang)見(jiàn)故障(zhang)及(ji)維修方(fang)法換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)的故(gu)障(zhang)有(you):閥(fa)不(bu)能換向(xiang)或(huo)換(huan)向(xiang)動(dòng)作(zuo)緩慢(man),氣體(ti)泄(xie)漏(lou),電(dian)磁(ci)先(xian)導(dǎo)閥(fa)有故(gu)障(zhang)等。(1)換向(xiang)閥(fa)不(bu)能換向(xiang)或(huo)換(huan)向(xiang)動(dòng)作(zuo)緩慢(man),壹般(ban)是因(yin)潤(rùn)(run)滑不(bu)良(liang)、彈(dan)簧(huang)被卡(ka)住(zhu)或(huo)損(sun)壞(huai)、油(you)汙或(huo)雜(za)質(zhì)(zhi)卡(ka)住(zhu)滑動(dòng)部分(fen)等原(yuan)因(yin)引(yin)起的。對(duì)(dui)此(ci),應(yīng)(ying)先(xian)檢(jian)查(zha)油(you)霧(wu)器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)是否正(zheng)常;潤(rùn)(run)滑油(you)的粘(zhan)度(du)是否合適。必(bi)要(yao)時(shí)(shi),應(yīng)(ying)更(geng)換(huan)潤(rùn)滑油(you),清(qing)洗(xi)換(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)的滑動(dòng)部分(fen),或(huo)更(geng)換(huan)彈(dan)簧(huang)和換向(xiang)閥(fa)。(2)換向(xiang)閥(fa)經(jīng)(jing)長(zhǎng)時(shí)(shi)間使用後易(yi)出(chu)現(xiàn)閥(fa)芯密(mi)封(feng)圈(quan)磨損(sun)、閥(fa)桿和閥(fa)座損(sun)傷(shang)的現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致閥(fa)內(nèi)(nei)氣體(ti)泄(xie)漏(lou),閥(fa)的動(dòng)作(zuo)緩慢(man)或(huo)不(bu)能正(zheng)常換(huan)向(xiang)等故障(zhang)。此(ci)時(shí)(shi),應(yīng)(ying)更(geng)換(huan)密(mi)封(feng)圈(quan)、閥(fa)桿和閥(fa)座,或(huo)將換向(xiang)閥(fa)換新。(3)若電(dian)磁(ci)先(xian)導(dǎo)閥(fa)的進(jìn)(jin)、排(pai)氣(qi)孔(kong)被(bei)油(you)泥等雜(za)物堵(du)塞(sai),封(feng)閉不(bu)嚴(yán)(yan),活(huo)動(dòng)鐵(tie)芯被(bei)卡(ka)死(si),電(dian)路(lu)有(you)故(gu)障(zhang)等,均(jun)可(ke)導(dǎo)致?lián)Q(huan)向(xiang)閥(fa)不(bu)能正(zheng)常換(huan)向(xiang)。對(duì)(dui)前3種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)應(yīng)(ying)清(qing)洗(xi)先(xian)導(dǎo)閥(fa)及(ji)活動(dòng)鐵(tie)芯上(shang)的(de)油(you)泥和雜(za)質(zhì)(zhi)。而(er)電(dian)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)壹般(ban)又(you)分(fen)為控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)和電(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)故障(zhang)兩類(lei)。在檢(jian)查(zha)電(dian)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)前,應(yīng)(ying)先(xian)將換向(xiang)閥(fa)的手(shou)動(dòng)旋(xuan)鈕(niu)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)幾(ji)下(xia),看換向(xiang)閥(fa)在額(e)定的氣(qi)壓(ya)下是否能正(zheng)常換(huan)向(xiang),若(ruo)能正(zheng)常換(huan)向(xiang),則(ze)是電(dian)路(lu)有(you)故(gu)障(zhang)。檢(jian)查(zha)時(shí),可(ke)用(yong)儀(yi)表測(cè)量電(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)的電(dian)壓(ya),看是否達(dá)(da)到(dao)了額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya),如(ru)果(guo)電(dian)壓(ya)過(guò)低,應(yīng)(ying)進(jìn)(jin)壹步(bu)檢(jian)查(zha)控制(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)中(zhong)的電(dian)源(yuan)和相(xiang)關(guān)(guan)聯(lián)的行程(cheng)開(kāi)關(guān)(guan)電(dian)路(lu)。如(ru)果(guo)在額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)下?lián)Q向(xiang)閥(fa)不(bu)能正(zheng)常換(huan)向(xiang),則(ze)應(yīng)(ying)檢(jian)查(zha)電(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)的接(jie)頭(插頭)是否松(song)動(dòng)或(huo)接(jie)觸不(bu)實(shí)(shi)。方(fang)法是,拔下(xia)插頭,測(cè)量線(xian)圈(quan)的阻(zu)值(zhi),如(ru)果(guo)阻(zu)值(zhi)太(tai)大或(huo)太(tai)小(xiao),說(shuō)明(ming)電(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)已(yi)損(sun)壞(huai),應(yīng)(ying)更(geng)換(huan)。
