(1)若(ruo)將(jiang)單向(xiang)閥(fa)安裝(zhuang)在泵的出口(kou)處,可(ke)以(yi)防(fang)止(zhi)系統(tǒng)的壓力(li)突(tu)然(ran)升高(gao)而(er)損壞(huai)油(you)泵,即起止(zhi)回作用(yong)。
(2)若將(jiang)單向(xiang)閥(fa)與節(jié)(jie)流(liu)閥(fa)或減壓閥(fa)並聯(lián)(lian),可(ke)構(gòu)成(cheng)執(zhí)(zhi)行機(ji)構(gòu)正(zheng)向(xiang)慢速,反向(xiang)快速;或(huo)者(zhe)正(zheng)向(xiang)減(jian)速,反向(xiang)自(zi)由(you)流通回路。
(3)若將(jiang)單向(xiang)閥(fa)與壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)串聯(lián)(lian)起來,可(ke)逐步(bu)提(ti)高(gao)調(diào)整(zheng)壓(ya)力(li),防(fang)止(zhi)壓力(li)的反作用(yong)。
(4)對於(yu)液控制單向(xiang)閥(fa),可(ke)以(yi)利用(yong)控制油(you)路開啟(qi)單向(xiang)閥(fa),以(yi)達到(dao)使(shi)油(you)液(ye)能(neng)反向(xiang)流(liu)動(dong)的目(mu)的。
單向(xiang)閥(fa)的作用(yong)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)控制油(you)液只能(neng)朝壹(yi)個(ge)方向(xiang)移動(dong)。,單向(xiang)閥(fa)應(yīng)(ying)符(fu)合(he)以(yi)下的性能要(yao)求(qiu):
(1)當(dāng)(dang)油(you)液朝壹(yi)個(ge)方向(xiang)流(liu)過時(shi),阻(zu)力(li)要(yao)小(xiao),也(ye)就是(shi)說(shuo)壓力(li)損(sun)失(shi)要(yao)小(xiao)。
(2)閥(fa)芯與閥(fa)座(zuo)接觸處的密封(feng)性(xing)要(yao)好(hao),要*沒(mei)有泄漏,當(dāng)(dang)油(you)液從反向(xiang)往(wang)回(hui)流(liu)時(shi),應(yīng)(ying)*不能(neng)通(tong)過。
