這壹故障現(xiàn)(xian)象(xiang)表現(xiàn)(xian)為:NUMATICS減(jian)壓(ya)閥進(jìn)(jin)出口(kou)壓(ya)力接近(jin)相等(deng),而(er)且(qie)出口(kou)壓(ya)力不隨調(diào)(tiao)壓(ya)手柄(bing)的旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)而(er)變(bian)化(hua)。產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)原(yuan)因(yin)和(he)排除方法(fa)如下(xia)。
①因(yin)主閥(fa)芯上(shang)或(huo)閥體孔(kong)沈(chen)割(ge)槽(cao)棱邊上(shang)有毛(mao)刺(ci)或(huo)者(zhe)主閥(fa)芯與(yu)閥(fa)體孔(kong)之(zhi)間(jian)的間(jian)隙裏(li)卡有(you)汙(wu)物,或者(zhe)因(yin)主閥(fa)芯或(huo)閥(fa)孔形(xing)位公(gong)差(cha)超(chao)差(cha),產(chǎn)(chan)生(sheng)液壓(ya)卡緊(jin),將主閥(fa)芯卡死在大(da)開(kāi)度(du)(max)的位置上(shang),由於(yu)開(kāi)口(kou)大,油液不減(jian)壓(ya)。此時(shí)(shi)可(ke)根(gen)據(jù)上(shang)述(shu)情(qing)況分別(bie)采(cai)取去毛(mao)刺、清洗(xi)和(he)修復(fù)閥孔(kong)和(he)閥芯精度(du)的方法(fa)予以(yi)排(pai)除。
②因(yin)主閥(fa)芯與(yu)閥(fa)孔(kong)配合(he)過(guò)緊(jin),或(huo)裝(zhuang)配時(shí)(shi)拉(la)毛(mao)閥(fa)孔(kong)或閥芯,將閥(fa)芯卡死在開(kāi)度(du)位(wei)置上(shang),此時(shí)(shi)可(ke)選(xuan)配合(he)理(li)的間(jian)隙。J型NUMATICS減(jian)壓(ya)閥配合(he)間(jian)隙壹般為0. 007~0. 015mm,配前(qian)可(ke)適(shi)當(dāng)研磨(mo)閥孔(kong),再配閥(fa)芯。
③主閥(fa)芯短(duan)阻(zu)尼孔(kong)或閥座(zuo)孔堵(du)塞,失(shi)去了(le)自動(dòng)調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)機(jī)(ji)能(neng),主閥(fa)彈簧力將主閥(fa)推往大(da)開(kāi)度(du),變(bian)成(cheng)直(zhi)通無(wú)阻,進(jìn)(jin)口(kou)壓(ya)力等於出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力。可(ke)用φ1. Omm鋼(gang)絲或(huo)用壓(ya)縮空(kong)氣吹通阻尼孔(kong),並進(jìn)(jin)行清(qing)洗再(zai)裝配。
④對(duì)J型NUMATICS減(jian)壓(ya)閥,帶阻(zu)尼孔(kong)的阻尼件(jian)是(shi)壓(ya)入主閥(fa)芯內(nèi)(nei)的,使(shi)用中(zhong)有(you)可(ke)能(neng)因(yin)過(guò)盈量(liang)不夠(gou)而(er)沖(chong)出。沖(chong)出後(hou),使(shi)進(jìn)(jin)油腔(qiang)與(yu)出(chu)油腔(qiang)壓(ya)力相等(無(wú)(wu)阻(zu)尼),而(er)閥芯上(shang)下(xia)受(shou)力面(mian)積相等(deng),但出(chu)油腔(qiang)有壹彈簧,所以(yi)主閥(fa)芯總(zong)是(shi)處?kù)堕_(kāi)度(du)的位置,使(shi)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力等於入口(kou)壓(ya)力。此時(shí)(shi)需(xu)重(zhong)新(xin)加工外(wai)徑稍大(da)的阻尼件(jian)並重新(xin)壓(ya)入主閥(fa)芯。
