1、將固定(ding)控(kong)制板的三個(gè)(ge)螺(luo)釘(ding)改為M4x 35六棱(leng)絲柱(zhu),將電磁閥控(kong)制板固定(ding)在(zai)六棱絲(si)柱(zhu)上(shang),兩(liang)板之間加(jia)墊(dian)絕(jue)緣紙(zhi)。
2、電磁(ci)閥控(kong)制板公共(gong)進(jìn)(jin)線(xian)從(cong)下(xia)面電(dian)機(jī)(ji)控(kong)制板上進(jìn)(jin)線(xian)端(duan)B點(diǎn)(dian)取出(B點(diǎn)(dian)接線(xian)較(jiao)少(shao)),主閥輸出線(xian)與(yu)副閥輸出線(xian)由(you)各(ge)自對(duì)(dui)應(yīng)(ying)的端(duan)子(zi)取出後(hou)進(jìn)(jin)入防爆接線(xian)盒(he)(此(ci)時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)將接線(xian)盒(he)與(yu)電源盒間的(de)連(lian)線(xian)由(you)原來(lái)的四芯改為五(wu)芯)。與(yu)防爆(bao)接線(xian)盒(he)中(zhong)的(de)壹根零線(xian)匯(hui)合,三根(gen)線(xian)再(zai)壹同(tong)進(jìn)(jin)入電磁閥。
3、電磁(ci)閥的副(fu)閥控(kong)制線(xian)(EM2)接接線(xian)板上TO端(duan)子(zi)(或接電(dian)機(jī)(ji)控(kong)制板上的(de)MT接線(xian)端(duan))。主閥控(kong)制線(xian)(EMl)接接線(xian)板上OA端(duan)子(zi)(此(ci)時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)將電源盒至接線(xian)板間的(de)十5V組(zu)、十12V組(zu)、十MT組(zu)的其中壹組(zu)線(xian)由(you)原兩(liang)芯(xin)改為三芯(xin)線(xian)),主副(fu)閥控(kong)制線(xian)兩(liang)“—”端(duan),接在(zai)電(dian)機(jī)控(kong)制板十MT組(zu)的。—”端(duan)。

1、安(an)裝(zhuang)時(shí)(shi)應(yīng)(ying)註(zhu)意閥體(ti)上箭頭(tou)應(yīng)(ying)與(yu)介質(zhì)流向壹致。不可裝(zhuang)在(zai)有(you)直接滴水(shui)或?yàn)R水(shui)的地(di)方(fang)。電(dian)磁(ci)閥應(yīng)(ying)垂直向(xiang)上(shang)安裝(zhuang);
2、電(dian)磁閥應(yīng)(ying)保(bao)證在電源電壓為額(e)定電(dian)壓的15%-10%波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)範(fàn)圍內(nèi)(nei)正(zheng)常(chang)工作(zuo);
3、電磁(ci)閥安裝(zhuang)後(hou),管道(dao)中(zhong)不得有(you)反向(xiang)壓(ya)差。並(bing)需(xu)通(tong)電(dian)數(shù)次(ci),使之(zhi)適溫(wen)後(hou)方(fang)可正(zheng)式投入(ru)使用;
4、電磁閥安裝(zhuang)前(qian)應(yīng)(ying)*清洗(xi)管道(dao)。通(tong)入(ru)的(de)介質(zhì)應(yīng)(ying)無(wú)(wu)雜質(zhì)。閥前(qian)裝(zhuang)過(guo)濾(lv)器;
5、當(dāng)電磁閥發(fā)生(sheng)故障(zhang)或清洗(xi)時(shí)(shi),為保(bao)證系統(tǒng)繼(ji)續(xù)(xu)運(yùn)行(xing),應(yīng)(ying)安裝(zhuang)旁(pang)路(lu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。
