VICKERS電(dian)磁閥從(cong)原理(li)上(shang)分為三(san)大(da)類:1)直動(dong)式電(dian)磁閥:原理(li):通(tong)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁線(xian)圈(quan)產(chǎn)生電(dian)磁力(li)把關閉件從閥座(zuo)上(shang)提(ti)起(qi),閥門打(da)開(kai);斷(duan)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁力(li)消失,彈(dan)簧把關閉件壓(ya)在(zai)閥座(zuo)上(shang) ,閥門關閉。特點(dian):在真(zhen)空、負壓(ya)、零(ling)壓(ya)時(shi)能(neng)正(zheng)常工(gong)作,但通徑壹般(ban)不超(chao)過25mm。2)分步直動(dong)式電(dian)磁閥:原理(li):它(ta)是(shi)壹種(zhong)直動(dong)和(he)先導(dao)式(shi)相(xiang)結合的(de)原理(li),當(dang)入(ru)口與(yu)出(chu)口沒(mei)有(you)壓(ya)差時, 通電(dian)後,電(dian)磁力(li)直接把先(xian)導(dao)小(xiao)閥和(he)主閥關閉件依(yi)次(ci)向(xiang)上(shang)提(ti)起(qi),閥門打(da)開(kai)。當(dang)入(ru)口與(yu)出(chu)口達(da)到啟動(dong)壓(ya)差時,通電(dian)後,電(dian)磁力(li)先(xian)導(dao)小(xiao)閥主閥下(xia)腔(qiang)壓(ya)力(li)上(shang)升(sheng),上(shang)腔(qiang)壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)降(jiang),從(cong)而(er)利(li)用壓(ya) 差把主閥向(xiang)上(shang)推開(kai);斷(duan)電(dian)時(shi),先導(dao)閥利(li)用(yong)彈(dan)簧力或介質(zhi)壓(ya)力(li)推動(dong)關閉件,向(xiang)下(xia)移(yi)動(dong),使閥門關閉。特點(dian):在零(ling)壓(ya)差或真空、高壓(ya)時(shi)亦(yi)能(neng)可*動(dong)作,但功率(lv)較(jiao)大,要(yao)求(qiu)必(bi)須水(shui)平(ping)安裝(zhuang)。 3)先導(dao)式(shi)電(dian)磁閥:原理(li):通(tong)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁力(li)把先(xian)導(dao)孔打(da)開(kai),上(shang)腔(qiang)室壓(ya)力(li)迅(xun)速(su)下(xia)降(jiang),在(zai)關閉件周圍(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)上(shang)低下(xia)高(gao)的(de)壓(ya)差 ,流體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)推動(dong)關閉件向(xiang)上(shang)移動(dong),閥門打(da)開(kai);斷(duan)電(dian)時(shi),彈(dan)簧力把 先(xian)導(dao)孔關閉,入(ru)口壓(ya)力(li)通(tong)過(guo)旁(pang)通(tong)孔迅(xun)速(su)腔(qiang)室在關閥件周圍(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)下(xia)低(di)上(shang)高的(de)壓(ya)差,流體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)推動(dong)關閉件向(xiang)下(xia)移(yi)動(dong),關閉閥門。特點(dian):流體(ti)壓(ya)力(li)範(fan)圍(wei)上(shang)限較(jiao)高,可任(ren)意安裝(zhuang)(需定(ding)制) 但必(bi)須滿(man)足(zu)流體(ti)壓(ya)差條(tiao)件。2.電(dian)磁閥從(cong)閥結構(gou)和(he)材料(liao)上(shang)的(de)不(bu)同與(yu)原理(li)上(shang)的(de)區(qū)(qu)別,分為六(liu)個(ge)分支小(xiao)類:直動(dong)膜片結構(gou)、分步直動(dong)膜片結構(gou)、先(xian)導(dao)膜片結構(gou)、直動(dong)活塞(sai)結構(gou)、分步直動(dong) 1、電(dian)磁閥接線頭(tou)松動(dong)或線頭脫落(luo),電(dian)磁閥不(bu)得電(dian),可緊固線(xian)頭。
2、電(dian)磁閥線(xian)圈(quan)燒(shao)壞(huai),可拆(chai)下(xia)電(dian)磁閥的(de)接線,用(yong)萬用表測量(liang),如(ru)果(guo)開(kai)路(lu),則電(dian)磁閥線(xian)圈(quan)燒(shao)壞(huai)。原因(yin)有(you)線圈(quan)受(shou)潮(chao),引起(qi)絕緣不(bu)好(hao)而(er)漏(lou)磁,造(zao)成(cheng)線(xian)圈(quan)內(nèi)電(dian)流(liu)過大而(er)燒(shao)毀,因此(ci)要(yao)防(fang)止雨水(shui)進(jin)入(ru)電(dian)磁閥。此(ci)外(wai),彈(dan)簧過硬,反作用力過大(da),線(xian)圈(quan)匝數(shù)太少(shao),吸(xi)力不夠(gou)也可使得線圈燒(shao)毀。緊急處理時(shi),可將線圈上(shang)的(de)手動(dong)按(an)鈕由(you)正常工(gong)作時的(de)“0”位(wei)打(da)到“1”位,使得閥打(da)開(kai)。
3、電(dian)磁閥卡(ka)?。弘?dian)磁閥的(de)滑(hua)閥套與(yu)閥芯(xin)的(de)配(pei)合間隙(xi)很?。ㄐ?xiao)於(yu)0.008mm),壹(yi)般(ban)都(dou)是單(dan)件裝(zhuang)配,當有(you)機(ji)械(xie)雜質(zhi)帶入(ru)或潤(run)滑油太少(shao)時,很容易卡(ka)住。處理方(fang)法可用(yong)鋼絲(si)從頭(tou)部(bu)小(xiao)孔捅(tong)入(ru),使其(qi)彈(dan)回。根本的(de)解決(jue)方法是(shi)要(yao)將電(dian)磁閥拆(chai)下(xia),取(qu)出(chu)閥芯(xin)及閥芯(xin)套,用CCI4清洗,使得閥芯(xin)在閥套內(nèi)動(dong)作靈活。拆(chai)卸時應(ying)註意各(ge)部(bu)件的(de)裝(zhuang)配順序及外(wai)部(bu)接線位(wei)置(zhi),以(yi)便(bian)重新(xin)裝(zhuang)配及接線正(zheng)確(que),還要(yao)檢(jian)查(zha)油(you)霧器噴(pen)油(you)孔是(shi)否(fou)堵塞(sai),潤(run)滑油是否足(zu)夠(gou)。
4、漏氣(qi):漏氣會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)空氣壓(ya)力(li)不(bu)足(zu),使得強制閥的(de)啟閉困(kun)難(nan),原因(yin)是(shi)密封(feng)墊(dian)片損壞(huai)或滑閥磨(mo)損而(er)造(zao)成(cheng)幾個(ge)空腔(qiang)竄氣(qi)。在(zai)處理切(qie)換(huan)系(xi)統(tǒng)的(de)電(dian)磁閥故(gu)障(zhang)時,應(ying)選(xuan)擇(ze)適(shi)當?shù)?de)時(shi)機(ji),等(deng)該電(dian)磁閥處於(yu)失(shi)電(dian)時(shi)進行處理,若(ruo)在(zai)壹(yi)個(ge)切(qie)換(huan)間(jian)隙(xi)內(nèi)處理不(bu)完,可將切換系(xi)統(tǒng)暫(zan)停(ting),從容(rong)處理。
