隨(sui)著工(gong)業(yè)(ye)的不(bu)斷(duan)發(fā)(fa)展(zhan),液(ye)位傳感器(qi)被愈(yu)來愈(yu)多(duo)的行業(yè)(ye)所(suo)應(yīng)用(yong),在使(shi)用(yong)變(bian)送器(qi)的時(shí)(shi)候,我們需要(yao)註意壹(yi)些(xie)問(wen)題,這樣(yang)不(bu)僅僅使(shi)我(wo)們的測(cè)(ce)量更(geng)加準(zhǔn)確,同(tong)時(shí)(shi)也(ye)能使(shi)我(wo)們的液(ye)位傳感器(qi)使(shi)用(yong)的壽(shou)命更(geng)長(zhǎng)??纯炊加?you)哪(na)些(xie)需要(yao)註意的事(shi)項(xiàng)吧(ba): 1、切(qie)勿(wu)用(yong)高(gao)於(yu)36V電壓加到(dao)變(bian)送器(qi)上(shang),否則(ze)會(huì)(hui)導(dǎo)致變(bian)送器(qi)損(sun)壞(huai);
2、切(qie)勿(wu)用(yong)硬(ying)物(wu)碰(peng)觸膜(mo)片(pian),否則(ze)會(huì)(hui)導(dǎo)致隔離膜片(pian)損(sun)壞(huai);
3、液(ye)位傳感器(qi)測(cè)(ce)量的介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)不(bu)允許(xu)結(jié)冰(bing),否則(ze)將(jiang)損傷傳(chuan)感器(qi)元(yuan)件隔離膜片(pian),導(dǎo)(dao)致變(bian)送器(qi)損(sun)壞(huai),必要(yao)時(shí)需對(duì)變(bian)送器(qi)進(jìn)行溫(wen)度保護(hù),以防結(jié)(jie)冰(bing);
4、在測(cè)(ce)量蒸汽(qi)或其(qi)他高溫(wen)介質(zhì)(zhi)時(shí)(shi),其(qi)溫(wen)度不(bu)應(yīng)(ying)超(chao)過液(ye)位傳感器(qi)使(shi)用(yong)時(shí)(shi)的極(ji)限溫(wen)度,高(gao)於(yu)變(bian)液(ye)位傳感器(qi)使(shi)用(yong)的極(ji)限溫(wen)度必(bi)須使(shi)用(yong)散熱裝(zhuang)置(zhi);
5、測(cè)量蒸汽(qi)或其(qi)他高溫(wen)介質(zhì)(zhi)時(shí)(shi),應(yīng)使(shi)用(yong)散熱管(guan),使(shi)液(ye)位傳感器(qi)和管(guan)道連在壹(yi)起(qi),並使(shi)用(yong)管(guan)道上(shang)的壓力傳(chuan)至變(bian)壓器(qi)。當(dāng)(dang)被測(cè)介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)為(wei)水(shui)蒸氣時(shí),散熱管(guan)中(zhong)要(yao)註入(ru)適(shi)量的水(shui),以防過(guo)熱蒸汽(qi)直接(jie)與(yu)液(ye)位傳感器(qi)接(jie)觸,損(sun)壞(huai)傳感器(qi);
6、在壓力傳(chuan)輸(shu)過程(cheng)中(zhong),應(yīng)(ying)註(zhu)意以下(xia)幾(ji)點(diǎn)(dian),
a、液(ye)位傳感器(qi)與(yu)散熱管(guan)連接(jie)處(chu),切(qie)勿(wu)漏氣;
b、開(kai)始使(shi)用(yong)前,如果(guo)閥門是關(guān)閉(bi)的,則(ze)使(shi)用(yong)時(shí)(shi),應(yīng)(ying)該(gai)非(fei)常(chang)小(xiao)心(xin)、緩(huan)慢地打開(kai)閥門,以免被測(cè)介(jie)質(zhì)(zhi)直接(jie)沖擊(ji)液(ye)位傳感器(qi)膜(mo)片(pian),從(cong)而損壞(huai)傳感器(qi)膜(mo)片(pian);
c、管(guan)路中(zhong)必(bi)須(xu)保持(chi)暢(chang)通,管(guan)道中(zhong)的沈積物(wu)會(huì)彈(dan)出(chu),並損壞(huai)傳感器(qi)膜(mo)片(pian)
