意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)的(de)主(zhu)要性(xing)能(neng)有以下(xia)幾個方(fang)面(mian)。
(1)調(diào)(tiao)壓(ya)範(fàn)(fan)圍(wei)
意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)能(neng)夠發(fā)出電(dian)信號的(de)低(di)工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)力和最(zui)高工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)力的(de)範(fàn)圍(wei)稱為調(diào)(tiao)壓(ya)範(fàn)圍(wei)。
(2)靈(ling)敏度(du)與通(tong)斷調(diào)節(jié)區(qū)間(jian)
系(xi)統(tǒng)壓力升高(gao)到意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)的(de)調(diào)定(ding)值時,意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)動(dong)作接(jie)通(tong)電信號的(de)壓力稱為開(kai)啟壓力;系統(tǒng)(tong)壓力降低(di),意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)復(fù)位切(qie)斷電(dian)信(xin)號的(de)壓力稱為閉合壓力。開(kai)啟壓力與閉合壓力的(de)差值稱為意(yi)大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)的(de)靈(ling)敏度(du)。差(cha)值小(xiao)則(ze)靈(ling)敏度(du)高(gao)。為避(bi)免(mian)系統(tǒng)(tong)壓力波動(dong)時意(yi)大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)時(shi)通(tong)時斷,要求開(kai)啟壓力與閉合壓力有壹(yi)定(ding)的(de)差值,此差值若(ruo)可調(diào),則(ze)稱為通(tong)斷調(diào)節(jié)區(qū)間(jian)。

(4)重(zhong)復(fù)精度

用於(yu)安全(quan)保(bao)護(hù)時,將(jiang)意(yi)大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)設(shè)(she)置(zhi)在夾緊液壓缸的(de)壹(yi)端,液壓泵啟動(dong)後,首先將工(gong)件(jian)夾緊,此時夾緊液壓缸的(de)右腔(qiang)壓力升高(gao),當(dāng)(dang)升高(gao)到意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)的(de)調(diào)定(ding)值時,意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)動(dong)作,發(fā)出電(dian)信號使2YA通(tong)電,於(yu)是(shi)切(qie)削液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)進(jìn)刀切(qie)削。在(zai)加工(gong)期(qi)間(jian),意(yi)大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)微動(dong)開(kai)關(guān)的(de)常(chang)開(kai)觸點(dian)始終閉合。若(ruo)工(gong)件(jian)沒(mei)有夾緊,意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)2斷(duan)開(kai),於(yu)是(shi)2YA斷電,切(qie)削液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)立即停(ting)止進(jìn)(jin)刀(dao),從(cong)而避(bi)免工(gong)件(jian)未夾緊被切(qie)削而出(chu)事故(gu)。
其實用(yong)於(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)執(zhí)行(xing)元件(jian)的(de)順(shun)序(xu)動(dong)作時(shi),液(ye)壓(ya)泵啟動(dong)後,首先2YA通(tong)電,液壓缸左腔進(jìn)(jin)油,推(tui)動(dong)活(huo)塞方(fang)向(xiang)右(you)移(yi)。當(dāng)(dang)碰(peng)到限位器(qi)(或(huo)死(si)擋鐵)後,系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)壓力升高(gao),意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)發(fā)出電(dian)信號,使1YA通(tong)電,高壓油進(jìn)(jin)入(ru)液壓(ya)缸的(de)左腔(qiang),推動(dong)活(huo)塞右移(yi)。這(zhe)時若(ruo)3YA也通(tong)電,液壓缸的(de)活(huo)塞快速右移(yi);若(ruo)3YA斷電,則(ze)液壓(ya)缸的(de)活(huo)塞慢速右移(yi),其慢速運(yùn)(yun)動(dong)速度由(you)節(jié)流閥(fa)調(diào)節(jié)。
再次(ci)用(yong)於(yu)液壓(ya)泵卸荷時(shi),意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)不(bu)是(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)液(ye)壓泵停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dong),而是(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)二(er)位二通(tong)電磁(ci)閥(fa),將液(ye)壓泵5輸(shu)出的(de)壓力油流(liu)回油箱(xiang),使其卸(xie)荷(he)。
最(zui)後用(yong)於(yu)液壓(ya)泵的(de)啟閉時,有(you)兩個液(ye)壓泵,高壓小(xiao)流(liu)量(liang)泵,低(di)壓大流量(liang)泵。當(dāng)(dang)活(huo)塞快速下降時,兩泵同時輸(shu)出壓力油。當(dāng)(dang)液壓(ya)缸活(huo)塞桿抵住工(gong)件(jian)開(kai)始加壓時(shi),意(yi)大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)在(zai)壓(ya)力油作(zuo)用(yong)下發(fā)出動(dong)作,觸(chu)動(dong)微動(dong)開(kai)關(guān),將(jiang)常(chang)閉觸點(dian)斷開(kai),使液(ye)壓泵停轉(zhuǎn)。在(zai)加工(gong)過(guo)程中(zhong)減慢液(ye)壓(ya)缸的(de)速度,同(tong)時(shi)減少動(dong)力消耗。
意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)是(shi)利用液(ye)體的(de)壓力來啟閉電氣(qi)觸點的(de)液壓(ya)電氣(qi)轉(zhuǎn)換(huan)元件(jian)。當(dāng)(dang)系統(tǒng)(tong)壓力達(dá)(da)到意大利ATOS壓力繼電(dian)器(qi)的(de)調(diào)定(ding)值時,發(fā)出電(dian)信號,使電(dian)氣(qi)元件(jian)(如(ru)電磁(ci)鐵、電(dian)機(jī)、時(shi)間(jian)繼電(dian)器(qi)、電(dian)磁(ci)離(li)合器(qi)等(deng))動(dong)作,使(shi)油路(lu)卸壓(ya)、換(huan)向,執(zhí)行(xing)元件(jian)實現(xiàn)(xian)順(shun)序(xu)動(dong)作,或(huo)關(guān)(guan)閉電動(dong)機(jī)使(shi)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)停止工(gong)作(zuo),起(qi)安全保(bao)護(hù)作用(yong)等(deng)。
