1、安(an)裝(zhuang)不(bu)當(dāng)引(yin)入(ru)的誤差(cha)
如(ru)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)安裝的位(wei)置及插入深(shen)度(du)不(bu)能反(fan)映(ying)爐(lu)膛(tang)的真實(shí)(shi)溫(wen)度(du)等,換(huan)句(ju)話說,熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)不(bu)應(yīng)(ying)裝在(zai)太靠近(jin)門和(he)加熱(re)的地方(fang),插入的深(shen)度(du)至少應(yīng)(ying)為(wei)保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)直(zhi)徑(jing)的8~10倍;熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)的保護(hù)(hu)套(tao)管(guan)與壁間(jian)的間隔(ge)未(wei)填(tian)絕(jue)熱(re)物質(zhì)(zhi)致使(shi)爐(lu)內(nèi)(nei)熱(re)溢出(chu)或冷空(kong)氣侵入(ru),因(yin)此(ci)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)和(he)爐壁孔(kong)之(zhi)間(jian)的空隙(xi)應(yīng)(ying)用耐火(huo)泥或石(shi)棉(mian)繩(sheng)等絕(jue)熱(re)物質(zhì)(zhi)堵(du)塞以(yi)免(mian)冷(leng)熱(re)空氣對(dui)流(liu)而(er)影(ying)響(xiang)測(ce)溫的準(zhǔn)確性(xing);熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)冷端太靠(kao)近(jin)爐體(ti)使(shi)溫(wen)度(du)超過(guo)100℃;熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)的安裝(zhuang)應(yīng)(ying)盡可能(neng)避開強(qiáng)(qiang)磁(ci)場和(he)強(qiáng)(qiang)電(dian)場(chang),所以不(bu)應(yīng)(ying)把(ba)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)和(he)動(dòng)力電(dian)纜(lan)線裝在(zai)同(tong)壹(yi)根(gen)導(dǎo)管(guan)內(nèi)(nei)以(yi)免引入(ru)幹(gan)擾(rao)造成誤差(cha);熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)不(bu)能安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)被測(ce)介質(zhì)(zhi)很少(shao)流(liu)動(dòng)(dong)的區(qū)域內(nèi)(nei),當(dāng)用(yong)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)測(ce)量管(guan)內(nèi)(nei)氣體(ti)溫(wen)度時(shí)(shi),必(bi)須(xu)使(shi)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)逆著流速(su)方(fang)向(xiang)安裝(zhuang),而(er)且充(chong)分(fen)與氣體(ti)接(jie)觸(chu)。
2、絕(jue)緣變(bian)差(cha)而(er)引入(ru)的誤差(cha)
如(ru)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)絕(jue)緣了,保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)和(he)拉(la)線板汙垢或鹽(yan)渣過(guo)多致使(shi)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)極間與爐(lu)壁間(jian)絕(jue)緣不(bu)良,在(zai)高溫(wen)下更(geng)為(wei)嚴(yán)重,這(zhe)不(bu)僅會(huì)(hui)引(yin)起熱(re)電(dian)勢的損(sun)耗(hao)而(er)且還(hai)會(huì)引(yin)入幹(gan)擾(rao),由此(ci)引(yin)起的誤差(cha)有時(shí)(shi)可達(dá)(da)上(shang)百(bai)。
3、熱(re)惰(duo)性(xing)引入(ru)的誤差(cha)
由於(yu)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)的熱(re)惰(duo)性(xing)使(shi)儀(yi)表的指示值(zhi)落後於(yu)被(bei)測(ce)溫度(du)的變(bian)化(hua),在(zai)進(jìn)(jin)行(xing)快(kuai)速(su)測(ce)量時(shí)(shi)這(zhe)種影(ying)響(xiang)尤(you)為(wei)突(tu)出(chu)。所(suo)以(yi)應(yīng)(ying)盡可能(neng)采(cai)用(yong)熱(re)電(dian)極(ji)較(jiao)細(xì)、保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)直(zhi)徑(jing)較(jiao)小的熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)。測(ce)溫環(huán)境許(xu)可時(shí)(shi),甚(shen)至可將(jiang)保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)取去。由於(yu)存(cun)在(zai)測(ce)量滯(zhi)後(hou),用(yong)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)檢(jian)測(ce)出的溫度(du)波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)的振幅(fu)較(jiao)爐(lu)溫(wen)波(bo)動(dòng)(dong)的振幅(fu)小。測(ce)量滯(zhi)後(hou)越大(da),熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)波動(dòng)的振幅(fu)就越小,與實(shí)(shi)際爐(lu)溫(wen)的差(cha)別(bie)也(ye)就越大(da)。當(dāng)用(yong)時(shí)(shi)間(jian)常數(shù)(shu)大的熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)測(ce)溫或控溫(wen)時(shí)(shi),儀(yi)表顯(xian)示(shi)的溫度(du)雖(sui)然(ran)波動(dòng)很(hen)小,但(dan)實(shí)(shi)際爐(lu)溫的波動(dòng)(dong)可能(neng)很大(da)。為(wei)了準(zhǔn)確的測(ce)量溫度,應(yīng)(ying)當(dāng)選(xuan)擇(ze)時(shí)(shi)間(jian)常數(shù)(shu)小的熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)。時(shí)(shi)間(jian)常數(shù)(shu)與傳(chuan)熱(re)系(xi)數(shù)(shu)成反(fan)比,與熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)熱(re)端的直徑(jing)、材料(liao)的密度及比熱(re)成正(zheng)比,如(ru)要(yao)減小時(shí)(shi)間(jian)常數(shù)(shu),除增加(jia)傳(chuan)熱(re)系(xi)數(shù)(shu)以外,有效的辦法(fa)是(shi)盡(jin)量減小熱(re)端的尺寸(cun)。使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong),通常采(cai)用(yong)導(dǎo)熱(re)性(xing)能好(hao)的材料(liao),管(guan)壁薄(bo)、內(nèi)(nei)徑(jing)小的保護(hù)(hu)套(tao)管(guan)。在(zai)較(jiao)精(jing)密的溫度(du)測(ce)量中(zhong),使(shi)用(yong)無(wu)保護(hù)(hu)套(tao)管(guan)的裸絲(si)熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou),但熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)容易損(sun)壞,應(yīng)(ying)及時(shí)(shi)校(xiao)正(zheng)及(ji)更(geng)換。
4、熱(re)阻誤差(cha)
高溫(wen)時(shí)(shi),如(ru)保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)上(shang)有壹(yi)層煤(mei)灰,塵(chen)埃(ai)附(fu)在(zai)上(shang)面,則(ze)熱(re)阻增加(jia),阻礙熱(re)的傳(chuan)導(dǎo),這(zhe)時(shí)(shi)溫(wen)度示(shi)值比被測(ce)溫度(du)的真值(zhi)低(di)。因(yin)此(ci),應(yīng)(ying)保持熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou)保護(hù)(hu)管(guan)外部的清潔(jie),以(yi)減(jian)小誤差(cha)。
