使(shi)用(yong)EDS3446-1-0400-000型(xing)德國(guó)HYDAC壓力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的方(fang)法(fa):
用(yong)於安(an)全(quan)保(bao)護(hù)時(shí),將(jiang)EDS3446-1-0400-000型(xing)德國(guó)HYDAC壓力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)設(shè)(she)置(zhi)在(zai)夾緊(jin)液壓缸的壹(yi)端(duan),液壓泵(beng)啟(qi)動(dòng)後(hou),首先將(jiang)工(gong)件夾(jia)緊,此(ci)時(shí)夾(jia)緊液壓缸的右腔壓力升高(gao),當(dāng)升高(gao)到壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的調(diào)定(ding)值(zhi)時(shí),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)動(dòng)作,發(fā)(fa)出(chu)電信(xin)號(hào)(hao)使(shi)2YA通(tong)電(dian),於是切削液壓缸進(jìn)刀(dao)切削。在(zai)加(jia)工期(qi)間(jian),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)微(wei)動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)(guan)的常開(kāi)觸(chu)點(diǎn)始終(zhong)閉合(he)。若(ruo)工(gong)件沒(méi)(mei)有(you)夾緊,壓力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)2斷開(kāi),於是2YA斷電(dian),切削液壓缸立(li)即(ji)停(ting)止進(jìn)刀(dao),從(cong)而避(bi)免工(gong)件(jian)未(wei)夾(jia)緊被(bei)切削而(er)出(chu)事(shi)故(gu)。
其(qi)實(shí)(shi)用(yong)於控(kong)制(zhi)執(zhí)(zhi)行元件的順序(xu)動(dòng)作時(shí),液壓泵(beng)啟(qi)動(dòng)後(hou),首先2YA通(tong)電(dian),液壓缸左腔(qiang)進(jìn)(jin)油(you),推動(dòng)活塞方(fang)向(xiang)右移。當(dāng)碰(peng)到限位(wei)器(或(huo)死(si)擋(dang)鐵)後(hou),系統(tǒng)壓(ya)力升高(gao),壓力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)發(fā)(fa)出電信(xin)號(hào)(hao),使(shi)1YA通(tong)電(dian),高(gao)壓油進(jìn)(jin)入(ru)液壓缸的左腔(qiang),推(tui)動(dòng)活塞右移。這(zhe)時(shí)若(ruo)3YA也(ye)通電(dian),液壓缸的活塞快(kuai)速(su)右移;若(ruo)3YA斷電(dian),則(ze)液壓缸的活塞慢速(su)右移,其慢速(su)運(yùn)(yun)動(dòng)速(su)度(du)由節(jié)流(liu)閥(fa)調(diào)節(jié)。
再(zai)次(ci)用(yong)於液壓泵(beng)卸荷時(shí),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)不是控(kong)制(zhi)液壓泵(beng)停(ting)止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),而是(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)二(er)位(wei)二通(tong)電(dian)磁閥(fa),將液壓泵(beng)5輸出的壓力油(you)流回油(you)箱,使(shi)其(qi)卸(xie)荷(he)。
最(zui)後(hou)用(yong)於液壓泵(beng)的啟(qi)閉時(shí),有(you)兩個(gè)液壓泵(beng),高(gao)壓小流(liu)量泵(beng),低壓大流量泵(beng)。當(dāng)活塞快(kuai)速(su)下(xia)降(jiang)時(shí),兩(liang)泵(beng)同時(shí)輸出壓(ya)力油(you)。當(dāng)液壓缸活塞桿(gan)抵住工(gong)件開(kāi)始(shi)加(jia)壓時(shí),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)在(zai)壓力油(you)作用(yong)下(xia)發(fā)(fa)出(chu)動(dòng)作,觸(chu)動(dòng)微動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)(guan),將(jiang)常閉(bi)觸(chu)點(diǎn)斷開(kāi),使(shi)液壓泵(beng)停(ting)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)。在(zai)加(jia)工過(guò)程(cheng)中(zhong)減(jian)慢液壓缸的速(su)度(du),同時(shí)減(jian)少(shao)動(dòng)力消(xiao)耗。
EDS3446-1-0400-000型(xing)德國(guó)HYDAC壓力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的主(zhu)要(yao)性(xing)能有(you)以下(xia)幾(ji)個(gè)方(fang)面(mian)。
(1)調(diào)壓(ya)範(fàn)(fan)圍(wei)
壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)能(neng)夠(gou)發(fā)(fa)出(chu)電信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的低工(gong)作壓(ya)力和(he)最(zui)高(gao)工作壓(ya)力的範(fàn)(fan)圍(wei)稱(chēng)為(wei)調(diào)(tiao)壓(ya)範(fàn)(fan)圍(wei)。
(2)靈敏度與(yu)通斷調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)區(qū)間
系統(tǒng)壓(ya)力升高(gao)到壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的調(diào)定(ding)值(zhi)時(shí),壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)動(dòng)作接(jie)通(tong)電信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的壓力稱(chēng)為(wei)開(kāi)啟(qi)壓力;系統(tǒng)壓(ya)力降(jiang)低(di),壓力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)復(fù)(fu)位(wei)切斷電(dian)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的壓力稱(chēng)為(wei)閉(bi)合(he)壓力。開(kāi)啟(qi)壓力與(yu)閉合(he)壓力的差(cha)值(zhi)稱(chēng)為(wei)壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的靈敏度。差(cha)值(zhi)小(xiao)則(ze)靈敏度高(gao)。為(wei)避(bi)免系統(tǒng)壓(ya)力波(bo)動(dòng)時(shí)壓(ya)力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)時(shí)通(tong)時(shí)斷,要(yao)求開(kāi)啟(qi)壓力與(yu)閉合(he)壓力有(you)壹(yi)定(ding)的差(cha)值(zhi),此(ci)差(cha)值(zhi)若(ruo)可(ke)調(diào),則(ze)稱(chēng)為(wei)通(tong)斷調(diào)(tiao)節(jié)(jie)區(qū)間。
(3)升壓或降(jiang)壓(ya)動(dòng)作時(shí)間(jian)
壓力繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)入(ru)口側(cè)(ce)壓力由卸荷(he)壓力升至調(diào)(tiao)定(ding)壓(ya)力時(shí),微(wei)動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)(guan)觸(chu)點(diǎn)接通(tong)發(fā)出(chu)電(dian)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的時(shí)間(jian)稱(chēng)為(wei)升壓動(dòng)作時(shí)間(jian),反之(zhi),壓力下(xia)降(jiang),觸(chu)點(diǎn)斷開(kāi)發(fā)(fa)出(chu)斷電(dian)信(xin)號(hào)(hao)的時(shí)間(jian)稱(chēng)為(wei)降(jiang)壓(ya)動(dòng)作時(shí)間(jian)。
(4)重復(fù)(fu)精(jing)度(du)
在(zai)壹(yi)定(ding)的調(diào)定(ding)壓(ya)力下(xia),多(duo)次升壓(或降(jiang)壓(ya))過(guò)程(cheng)中(zhong),開(kāi)啟(qi)壓力或(huo)閉合(he)壓力本(ben)身的差(cha)值(zhi)稱(chēng)為(wei)重(zhong)復(fù)(fu)精(jing)度(du),差(cha)值(zhi)小(xiao)則(ze)重(zhong)復(fù)(fu)精(jing)度(du)高(gao)。
